Lovely hotel
Pros:

The staff are always pleasant and helpful, especially Claire on reception, and the lovely lady who serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great location with good transport links. Really good breakfasts....especially like the poached eggs on smashed avocado.

Cons:

Very happy with my stay.

Excellent hotel, restaurant and Jacos bar with amazing entertainment all weekend.
Pros:

The Jacobean is superb, it had a lot of refurbishments since we were last there. The rooms are truly beautiful, a done out with high quality fittings and accessories. The bed was soooo comfortable!

Cons:

Nothing would have liked to have stayed longer

Nice place, good location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit dismal and not worth paying for.
Pub was good. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Was hoping for a lie in the morning but the room next door was being refurbished so was woken at 8am by hammer drills behind my headboard! Wasn't too bothered but would have been nice to have been able to listen to the TV.

Welcoming little hotel.
Nicely refurnished room with rolltop bath. Large screen TV, good shower.

Loved it
Pros:

Night before I was at the Hilton, as nice as that was I preferred here. Cosy, warm, relaxing and immaculate.

Cons:

The mattress I had the best night sleep on. Checked in late, lovely guy. Girl on the desk professional and always smiled. Breakfast was buffet and served menu which every plate I could see that came out the kitchen was yummy and 1st class presentation. Dining area relaxing.

Good for an Overnight for Work
Pros:

The good Location , on site parking ,bar area with sport (note only TNT ) ,restaurant serving a good choice .

Cons:

Dated room , very tired .Hotel currently undergoing refurbishment, I was offered an upgrade for additional £10.00 .
If I had know how tired the room was I would have accepted.

Excellent trip, first time away with dog and it was v good- breakfast excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, the food was really good. It is a very pretty place, would be great in the summer with the outside area. Really well located and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

The room was a little bit lived in but it was a pet room anyway, which are rare in Coventry but the roome was very clean. It was huge, lovely bath and shower , and overall it was a great stay, we will definitely stay there again

Superb value for money
Pros:

Clean rooms all in working order. Perfect location. Didn't try out the bar but it looked great 👍🏼

A little noisy but only due to building works. Mattress quite soft but comfortable enough for most.
