Although lack of personal touches we would stay here again tho probably not for long period.
Pros:

Free parking. Lovely views. Very clean. Spacious. Modern decor. Great shower. And the food, breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Cons:

Room was very basic. Only 1 hand towel, no glasses for water etc. lack of any shelves in bathroom for any products etc, no hooks to hang towels or dressing gowns. And nowhere to put suitcases unless on floor.

Pros:

The hotel is in the process of revamping and our room had been redecorated to a high standard. The bed was so comfy and had a choice of soft or hard pillow. The breakfast was delicious as was the evening meal in the bar the evening before. The staff were so friendly. Totally recommend staying there as I will be again when returning to Coventry.

has potential if taken over!
Pros:

Staff in pub attached were great. Decent food for the money too

Cons:

Terribly uncomfortable bed, wet room shower soaks everything making bathroom un usable. Loose toilet seat, mould all over bathroom, rotten wood frames in bathroom.

Pros:

New refurbished room

Cons:

Carpet on the stairs was really dirty lowered my experience.

Asked for fries but got some weird coated soggy fries.

The room although refurbished had a couple of quality issues and the smoke detector was still taped up.

Pros:

Lovely big room, fabulous and comfortable four poster and floor to ceiling bay window, great that it had an iron and ironing board in the room too.

Cons:

No pressure in shower and temperature fluctuated randomly so had to have a bath instead. Lighting in room was poor, no main light, only good light was in the bathroom.

Could have been better with a few little changes as stated
Pros:

Newly refurbished room, exceptional cleanliness pleasant staff

Cons:

Very uncomfortable bed, too soft, light from outside coming in through the blinds at night. Room too hot no temperature control on radiator.
Disappointed in not being able to get breakfast or being offered something, before leaving at 7am for a long journey home, especially as I paid £100 for the room.

The shortest stay I’ve ever had in a hotel. 15 minutes
Pros:

Square root of 0

Cons:

Well the and management, poor communication from the venue only to be penalised after. Not only that to rub salt into the wound the room was unclean, with toenails found on the carpet floor.

Truly unpleasant. So much so we stayed for 15minutes an left.

Convenient and stylish for a good price.
Pros:

The parking and location was great for my visit to the central of Coventry. Modern room design. I wish I’d had more time for a relaxing bath in the room.

Cons:

Both cold and hot taps have our hot water. Bed could have been more comfortable but was okay for one night.
