Rooms was dirty. Hallway and elevator dirty.

Second time staying there in 2 years and BOTH times the elevator was not working. Lamps in bedroom did not turn on. Room door wouldn't close all the way at the bottom. Some pillowcase and towels were stained.

Rented three rooms in one room. I would have to give a 0. 205 TV didn't work. It took 2 days to fix the patio door, which would not open. Once you went on the balcony, you were stuck. Had to get maintenance up to fix it twice. The room was not clean, and there were no pillow cases. The second room, the ceiling, was leaking in the bathroom maintenance came and just replaced the tile. Room dirty, no pillow cases, and no towels. I had to borrow the broom to sweep the dirt and mop the floor. The third room was fine the way a hotel room should be given yo a customer. I've stayed at this hotel for the last 10 years and I have to say this is the worst I've seen it . Prices are a little more, and the cleanliness is depressing and deploying.I hope they can figure it out.

Dirty when we got to our room. Had to have room service come up and clean it again. Elevators smelled like urine. I’ll never stay there again

I wish the pool was bigger and my AC would’ve been colder..I just don’t think it was worth the price I paid $269.00 all together…

The only issue was that the floors in the rooms were not clean. You have to wear shoes in the room. My one-year-old's feet turned black after walking around without shoes for about 10 minutes. There was lots of sand, which is normal for a beach hotel, but it just seemed as if it wasn't cleaned at all.

Took FOREVER to get in the elevator, really tiny for the capacity of the hotel.

We got to the hotel and oir kids went to the room first while I was checking in. They came back down immediately and said the room was 100 degrees and no AC. I told the guy at the front desk and asked why wasn't the AC turned on before we got the room. He gave no explanation but said to turn on the AC and wait but it never got cold and they confirmed the AC was not working so they said we had to switch rooms. I begged for a refund and planned to go to another hotel but was denied because we stayed in the room to see if the AC would work like we were told to do. My kids were sweating and my son who had multiple open heart surgeries was struggling to breathe in the room and it also smelled like smoke. I could not confirm a refund for the second night so I didn't book another hotel in fear I don't get a refund so we stayed both nights. The new room was cooler but was very dirty and the ceiling had a water leak in the bathroom. Once we got to the cooler room, my son asked for blankets and they gave him a sheet and said they don't have blankets. The guy handling the situation was rude and don't care about customers and I was never allowed to speak to a manager as there was no manager on site. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The shower handle was broke and was laying on side the tub the floor is always dirty stayed there a few times just make sure to wear slippers or footies , the sofa bed had no linens and when I went down to front desk no one was there
