Dinner was de prijs niet waard. Blij dat we niet all inclusieve hebben geboekt.
Staff was incredible, extremely attentive and friendly. Breakfast and coffee were both delicious. Hotel was extremely clean. We will be back!

The sulfur smell
Just one thing,,, the location. Inside a natural forest overlooking the sea
We arrived for a two-day stay. When we received the room, it turned out that the air conditioner was not working. It happens. (The temperature outside is 34 degrees). Two things were asked of the staff; to admit that there was no air conditioner, and to move us to another room. Instead, they initially tried to convince us that the air conditioner was working (apparently the laws of physics in the hotel are different 😜) When it turned out that there was indeed no air conditioning, we were given an air-conditioned room (and an upgraded one), but with the condition that tomorrow we might move to another, regular room. We agreed on the condition that the other room would be air-conditioned. The next morning we received a message that the room was booked and had to be vacated. But we would wait until noon for final approval. This meant for us to pack our suitcases again for the move. By the way, the air conditioner did not work in the alternative rooms either 😡. At noon, we finally received a message that we could stay in our room until the end of our stay. In summary: heartache, and a waste of time on moving between rooms

Proximity - close enough but away from town
È la seconda volta che vengo, l'anno scorso a Settembre e quest'anno dal 12 al 19 Giugno con mia madre.
Ho avuto modo di conoscere Paola della reception che assieme a Laura ha tenuto conto delle esigenze di camera da me richieste e soddisfatte. Anche i bagnini Francesco ed Andrea persona speciali, oltre ad un bravo e cortese ragazzo del bar di nome Lorenzo. Infine ho conosciuto il Direttore della struttura, il signor Francesco, anche lui persona splendida, del resto come essere altrimenti un un paradiso come questo hotel.
Venire e non sarete delusi.

Beautiful ocean front location with lovely swimming beach and two very nice saltwater pools.
We had a poor dinner experience. First, the service was terrible. We were ignored by the server who waited on several other tables before ours, despite us arriving ahead of them. Then we constantly had to call the servers over when we needed to order, have drinks delivered or get the check. Second our main dish of grilled swordfish was terrible. It was thin, overcooked and dry. We were informed that it was fresh, but had overcooked it. They did nothing to remedy the issue,
La localisation a l’écart mais suffisamment proche de la ville de Alghero, de l’aéroport et des spots à visiter. La plage privée et la magnifique piscine.
La douche trop étroite et au jet trop faible.
