Pros:

方便、舒適、良好的溝通與友善的服務

Cons:

倒數第三天的晚上回到房間，在天花板看到一隻超大蟑螂，雖然後續有打死並處理掉，但當下非常猶豫是否告知櫃檯，最後那兩晚睡前都只好仔細檢查一下屋內情況，希望飯店能多加留意。

另外空調確實太熱，如果不是我們造訪那幾天天氣還算冷，屋內開空調既不冷也太悶，這方面也請飯店務必留意與調整。

Spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff who allowed us to check-in earlier

Good location. Easy walk to Inaricho and Ueno stations. Konbini, supermarket, and McDonald's nearby.

Cons:

As many have pointed out, the stairs at the main entrance. Beds are a bit too hard.

near to transportation and within main line. easy for access other places
Pros:

the location near the train station and east to accompdate

Cons:

they dont have the pathway for baggage and stroller. its hard for us with small children need to lift our baby stroller and baggage everytime we want to go out or comes back hotel.

大阪、京都、そして東京へと移動したHOTELで１番広く、清潔感あり洗面室、お風呂浴槽広く親切でとても良かったです。

Cons:

洗面ボールがシミがついてましたが、お特に気になりませんでした。
