One of my top 5 Tokyo hotels for size, cost, location, comfort and cleanliness
Pros:

Spacious, clean, well-equipped room e.g. good amenities, various digital charge cords, helpful staff, secure luggage storage, comfortable bed, a large window that could be opened and good breakfast. The accommodation is in a great area, quiet, easy walk to the train (Shinkansen and other services), tourist sites, shops etc

Cons:

Nil. Other feedback noted there are about 7 steps to the building to navigate that may be challenging with heavy bags or mobility issues, and a few steps, between reception and the dining room, but these were no issues for us.

It was a very convenient location. Had everything I needed minutes away. Loved the view of Tokyo sky tree as soon as you step out.

The beds and pillows were horrible stiff and wished they were more comfortable.
