Good place to stay as location and cleanliness do not book with breakfast not worth it
Pros:

The location is good just 5 mins to metro walking and 10-15 mins walking to ueno station

Cons:

There is no ramp on entrance for strollers you have to carry stroller to enter or exit, the restaurant food is not great and no enough options on buffet to eat

Pros:

More spacious than I expected (from Japan hotels). The showerhead was some microbubble magic that felt amazing. Staff was helpful for checkin, luggage shipping, and more. Breakfast was a splendid spread every day.

Cons:

Walls are a bit thin.

Hay un mercado de ropa y comida callejera a 6 min andando del hotel, super bien. La parada de metro Ueno, también muy cerca, Se dormía genial, ni un ruido.

Cons:

Me dijeron que las habitaciones en Japón eran pequeñas, pero no pensé que tanto!

Im Quartier wo das Hotel liegt ist es sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof vom Ueno

Cons:

Extrem kleines Zimmer, nur ein 120cm Bett, was ich keinem Paar empfehlen würde. Dusche und WC sind quasi als separate Kabine ins sonst schon kleine Hotelzimmer eingebaut worden und dort hat es die ganze Zeit sehr unangenehm nach Kanalisation gestunken!

Bien situé et propre.
Pros:

Très bien situé et prêt de la gare de train.

Cons:

Accès difficile avec des valises, pas de rampe d’accès et on doit porter nos bagages dans les marches. De plus, pas de petite salle pour attendre notre chambre si vous arrivez tôt dans la journée et on doit se présenter au comptoir de réception chaque jour pour recevoir nos passes pour le petit déjeuner avec un heure fixe pour manger est un irritant.

位置就離上野站走路不到15分鐘，還有阿美橫丁可以逛，我們訂的是雙人床的兩人房，以為東京寸土寸金應該很小，但是可以打開兩個行李箱還有浴缸的房間，還不錯。

Cons:

沒想到大門是沒有斜坡只有樓梯，行李太重的話有點麻煩。
