Gorgeous hotel in the best location.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from Piazzale Roma and Zattere. Big, lush green garden in the middle of the town, big rooms, very well equipped.

It was clean and looked stunning. It was in a good location and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

The temperature was over 20 degrees and the room was boiling hot. The air conditioning wouldn’t turn on so I asked reception to have a look at it. It was explained to me that they don’t turn on the air conditioning for another month, and advised me to open the door and use the fan in the room. The room was so hot that I had to leave the door open all night. I was waking every few minutes to
Mosquitos landing on me, and we woke up covered in mosquito bites.

Also , the spa facilities were an extra fee to use. I can’t tell you how good they were because we never bothered.

We travelled from Rome, to Florence, and Venice was our last stop before travelling home. We stayed in 3/4 star the first three nights and had a much better nights sleep. The other hotels gave us maps of the area and explained where was best to go.

If you are used to 5* luxury this hotel isn’t the one.

We are covered head to toe in bites, and I’m glad it was our last night of our tour of Italy, as if it was the first, the rest would have been ruined.

El trato fue imposible de mejorar, perdí el móvil durante el viaje y me ayudaron en todo momento para poder recuperarlo y por supuesto la cama y las almohadas, no extrañé las de casa

Csodás kis boutiq hotel.
Pros:

Csodás kis ékszerdoboz. Velencében minden olyn közel van. A vaporetto megálló pár perc, a reptéri hajó Alilaguna állomás is pár perc séta volt, amikor megérkeztünk. A személyzet a hotelben nagyon kedves, segítőkész. A reggeli isteni volt, változatos, bőséges. A szoba nagyon szép, felszerelt, tiszta. Ágy óriási, kényelmes, tiszta. Csak ajánlani tudom.
