disappointing, will choose a different hotel when staying in the Sacrament area

breakfast was satisfactory,

Cons:

the hair dryer did not work, and electrical connection at wall was loose; heater/air condition unit was noisy thus temperature of room was uncomfortable

Pros:

The fire alarm went off at 6 am and no one let us know what was happening. The guest service did not answer phone on 4 different occasions. The second morning there was no hot water. I had to shower in freezing water to catch my flight.
I spoke with thr front desk and not even an apology. Let a lone a discount.
