La chambre était spacieuse.
Belle piscine entretenue
Nous devions avoir une chambre côté jardin, elle était côté piscine ... très bruyant le soir et notamment le WE car des groupes ont fait la fête toute la nuit sous nos fenêtres.
Pas d'ascenseur, et nous étions au dernier étage ...il nous a fallu monter les 2 étages avec nos sacs de plongées , pas de personnel pour nous aider à notre arrivée !
La climatisation de la chambre fuyait, difficile à régler et très bruyante aussi,
La plomberie était vétuste, on aspergeait toute la salle de bain en prenant nos douches.
Pas de frigo dans la chambre !
Des chaises longues autour de la piscine mais pas de parasol pour se protéger du soleil !
El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones en general son muy bonitas y está muy cerca a la playa.
Durante la estancia a pesar de qje diario se realiza la limpieza salieron 2 cucarachas, creo que deberían fumigar o poner algún tipo de trampas.
La puerta del baño no cerraba, la regadera no esta destapada del todo y el primer día no nos dejaron jabón y rollo.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y sin ruido.
El buffet es muy rico y variado excelente servicio por parte del personal
Me molestó que una persona del sexo mujer tocara mi puerta a las 10:00 am para decirme que me tenía que ir antes de las 13:00 hrs

El hotel es bello y funcional. Su alberca excelente 👌, y el desayuno delicioso a un excelente precio. Frente al Malecón y cerca de todo. Un hotel impecable.

Nice staff and clean property. They accommodated us last minute because La Concha was disgusting and we needed to find another place.
Tequila was expensive. We drank shots but felt it was overpriced.
Nice staff and attentive manager.
They gave me the 3rd floor room with no elevator in.I had to walk up the stairs with my heavy suitcase and trip.Twice , because apparently the last step on every floor was two and a half inches higher than the rest. After\nTripping twice.I stopped and measured the last tread.Because I couldn't understand why I kept tripping.

Que el desayuno solo era buffet y había que contratarlo por toda la estancia para la promoción.
Además el desayuno empezaba hasta las 7:00 am y ese horario no sirve para la gente que salimos de pesca más temprano, necesitaría empezar a las 6:00 am.
