Buenas ubicación, las habitaciones no muy agradable
Pros:

La ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

El aire acondicionado del cuarto no enfriaba, las persianas de la ventana no cerraban, se miraba todo el cuarto de afuera hacia dentro, lo reporte pero no hicieron nada, al final tuve que poner una cobija como cortina en la ventana

Cons:

Limpieza , el hotel está demasiado deteriorado necesita remodelación , tuve dos habitaciones el internet pesimo , no había agua en mi habitación, en el bufete no había los alimentos, restaurante sucio , los meseros con su uniforme sucio, la parrilla donde cocinaban sucia , cucarachas en el lugar , lo que se ordenaba a la carta no lo tenían pésima mi experiencia y lo que pagué , fotos ? Si ya saben cómo está , les dejo la de la cucaracha , y en sus reseñas mencionan lo deteriorado que está el hotel

Hace falta remodelar habitaciones ya es viejo, batallamos con el aire qe no se puede regular la velocidad siempre esta fuerte, la regadera esta muy bajita puerta del baño no cerraba por que estaba inchada por la humedad, tuvimos que esperar 1 hora y media mas dsps de las 3 para que nos dieran habitación.

Discapacidad
Pros:

La alberca, la comida, las estancias son agradables

Cons:

Pero pagué un cuarto para 3 adultos donde yo tengo discapacidad y me dieron una habitación de discapacitados pero con 1 cama matrimonial y me metieron un catre literal con colchoneta, y todos amontonados y tardaron en llevármela y no me dieron opción para cambio y no me gustó porque no fue lo que pagué..

El área de alberca y la alberca es lo mejor que tiene, para los niños es lo mejor

El olor que en todo el hotel en general, pasillos y área de alberca, de igual manera en el desayuno buffet uno de los meseros intento cobrarnos por una niña, la cual en el área de recepción al registrarnos nos comentaron que era gratis, solo pagando los adultos, creo que al final se arrepintió de habernos dicho por la reacción y que le comentamos lo que nos habían comentado en recepción, al final solo nos dijo que estaba bien así que no nos iban a cobrar por la niña que solo con que le dejáramos propina
