Araiza Palmira Hotel

Pésimo Internet demasiado intermitente el wifi.
Mi cuarto no tenía mini refri, a comparación de otros.

El olor que en todo el hotel en general, pasillos y área de alberca, de igual manera en el desayuno buffet uno de los meseros intento cobrarnos por una niña, la cual en el área de recepción al registrarnos nos comentaron que era gratis, solo pagando los adultos, creo que al final se arrepintió de habernos dicho por la reacción y que le comentamos lo que nos habían comentado en recepción, al final solo nos dijo que estaba bien así que no nos iban a cobrar por la niña que solo con que le dejáramos propina

On our 5th and 6th night I believe a group of kids checked in. They were running around banging on doors, running and screaming up and down the halls. It wasn't until 1130pm before someone came to yell at them.

The app to communicate room service is glitchy. We ordered breakfast and they didn't have the stuff we ordered so they just never showed up. We waited over an our before we went to the front desk to ask and they just said they cancelled the order but didn't notify us.

Another time we ordered dinner again we were waiting an hour and no room service came. We went to the front desk and they said there is nothing in their system showing an order.

Las camas

Saw cockroaches, had to tell staff to broom under the beds. There is not much at a walking distance from the hotel.

The AC wasn't working properly, it was super loud and you could see mold inside of it.
The receptionist when we checked didn't put much effort to be friendly.
The hotel has seen better days, it was clean but it's not well maintained

La habitación no tenía frigobar y el aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido aunque si enfría,las toallas las primeras noches hay que estarlas pidiendo,pero si las llevan

Upgrade the ac to loud

Lo que no me gustó fue la acides del agua en la regadera se sentía jabonosa y no tan potable

We had to switch rooms cause the restroom door would get stuck and the air conditioning wasn’t working

I didn’t like the fact that there A/C did not work properly

la recepcion pesima, hable para reservar y me dijeron que si habia, llegue y me dijeron que no tenian disponibilidad, fui a su sala de espera a buscar otro hotel en booking y ahi encontre y reserve, solicite factura y el recepcionista se nego a darmela, que como habia rservado en booking ellos tendrian que darmela.
En chek out habia otra persona en recepcion volvi a solicitarla y me contestaron lo mismo, salio un supervisor o gerente y me dijo le mismo, les comente es ilogico porque son uds quienes finalmente dan el servicio y reciben el pago, Puse la queja en booking y entonces si pudieron darme la factura . Viajo por placer y negocios y no para tener problemas en el alojamiento, invitado a no volver. Y en booking deberian aclararle a los alojamientos que deben dar las facturas, en el futuro usare otro canal de busqueda.
