Exceptional hotel in a fabulous location
Pros:

This was just a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful location, great for outdoor activities like walking and cycling. Very scenic location. We arrived very late and were welcomed by a very helpful night manager. The room was superb. Our dogs we’re welcomed. Breakfast was super. Can’t wait to stay there again !

Traumlage im Erzgebirge - Natur pur
Pros:

Ein wunderschön gelegnes, sehr komfortables Hotel in traumhafter Alleinlage mit Blick auf Berge und Wälder des Erzgebirges. Die Zimmer sind alle modern eingerichtet, viele haben einen Balkon, entweder mit Morgen- oder Abendsonne. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch. Besonders möchte ich den erneuerten Wellnessbereich hervorheben, der auch lange geöffnet ist (15-22 Uhr). Die Zirbensauna läßt Alpenfeeling aufkommen, daneben gibt es noch eine kleine Kräutersauna, eine sehr große finnische Sauna und ein heißes Dampfbad sowie ein kleines Tauchbecken; der Ruheraum ist komfortabel und es gibt eine Terrasse mit bequemen Liegen. Man kann unmittelbar am Hotel mit dem Wandern oder Radeln beginnen; mehrere Bänke und Liegen sind auf den großzügigen Liegewiesen verteilt. Das Personal gibt sich große Mühe, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Sogar eine gedruckte Tageszeitung liegt morgens auf.

Cons:

Für das Restaurant wird eine Reservierung empfohlen, da doch auch viele Nicht-Hotel(stamm)gäste kommen. Am zweiten Abend war unsere Reservierung durchgerutscht und wir wurden im Wintergarten verköstigt wo sonst das Frühstück ist (obwohl genug Plätze im Restaurant frei waren). Um die Tischreservierung für das Restaurant wird also etwas zu viel Aufhebens gemacht.

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Sehr ruhig. Für Wanderungen und Ausflüge mit dem Auto ist die Lage perfekt.
Sauna Bereich ist schön gemacht.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in den 6 Tagen.

A breath of fresh air, both figuratively and literally- highly recommend
Pros:

Seems to be the only, or one of the only, properties in the region that included wellness in the price and was also reasonably priced. Cost certainty & affordability is becoming harder and harder, and this place really was a breath of fresh air both figuratively and literally. Beautiful location on the Ore mountains connected to walking and biking trails, plus impeccable facilities and conditions. The wellness area couldn’t be any better - everything is modern, well maintained, clean, and comfortable.

This place has an edge over all competition in the area, and we would come here again and again if they continue with this approach!

Cons:

Can be challenging if you don’t speak German. There is a lack of attempt to speak to you in English even if they seem to know some. Czech is possible with about half the staff which is helpful if you speak it, but English was a challenge with most staff.
