I booked a business hotel, I got motel vibes
Pros:

Nothing much, it was a motel experience, not A Hampton Inn experience. All facilities were old, closed or broken.

Cons:

* Airco was a noisy machine from the early nineties
* Business corner was small, like a cupboard and closed for refurbushing. I needed and expected a place to work, and no alternative to sit and work was offered, even though present in the form of unused meeting rooms.
* the bathroom still had long hairs from the previous occupant(s)
* The windows and curtains were worn out, just as the carpet, the doors, the door posts and the locks.
* Elevators were out of order till tomorrow. The notice was clearly older than a week and tomorrow never came.
* The self-wash room looked like my parents old washing area with pre-pinball quarter machines.

Poor for the price.
Pros:

Good response to poblems.

Cons:

My mattress looked like it was part of a crime scene. But, they replaced it.
When I checked in the room was reported ready, but when I went to my room it wasn't cleaned yet and I had to wait to have a different room assigned to me.
