Great place to stay. No matter where we go we look for a Hampton Inn and suites.
Pros:

Close to the freeway and plenty of stores and restaurants

The agent that checked us in was very nice. The room was comfortable, clean and cool.

Cons:

The pool was dirty. The agent that checked us out was RUDE. We got to breakfast at 9:00 and there was no eggs or sausage. I asked the front desk clerk if they would bring more, but she said the person responsible was on "lunch" and when she came back she probably would put more out. Several people got little to no breakfast that morning. There should be someone there to monitor the food until breakfast is over.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Check in was very easy. The place is very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are neat and clean. The young lady was very nice and welcoming. Will def come back.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was dirty.. it hadn’t been mopped and there was a good amount of hair on the floor and in the tub. The windows were filthy, you could barely see out of them.

Good beds great location

Cons:

It is a smoking hotel on the 2nd floor which is not stated when you book . We booked a non smoking room but they put us on the 2nd floor we didn’t know this till the next morning and the whole night smoke smell was coming into our room and I have lung issues. The trashes in the lobby were over flowing from 6-8am and the breakfast waffle machine was not working

Breakfast offered had variety of choices. Food was hot and tasty.

Cons:

Bed linens could have been changed before my arrival. Freshly washed, clean pillows could have been provided. Pillows and pillowcases smelled like sweaty scalp.
