Good choice
Pros:

Not bad! We needed a stop between Los Angeles and Joshua Tree National Park and this was it! Good breakfast options. They have a pool and a hot tub that were open when we visited in March. The pool was a little too cold for us. The hot tub was fine. Both needed to be cleaned. There are smoking rooms available, which really surprised me. Our second floor hallway smelled of smoke, but our room did not, thankfully. There are several restaurants nearby. Overall, this place is a good choice for the area.

Nice hotel, in budget.
Pros:

Plenty of parking. Very friendly front desk. Surprisingly comfortable pillows. Hot tub functional even during a cold day. Plenty of towels available.

Cons:

The room needs at least two more lights. It's very very dark in there with the two lights they have at night. Ice machine on the fourth floor would be helpful.

Overnight Stop
Pros:

When we first pulled up to the hotel we weren't quite sure about the location because it is just off the frontage road on west bound 1-10. Plus the frontage road is in need of repair. However, to our pleasure the hotel is very nice and very clean. We had booked a regular King room; however, Stephanie at the front desk upgraded us to a King Suite because we are Hilton Honors members. Plus, she got us a room on the 3rd floor away from the freeway; we didn't hear any road noise. There are many restaurants nearby and the location provided us with easy access to the freeway the next morning. Bottom line this is an older Hampton but it is well maintained and very clean.

Average stay but attention to details is lacking
Pros:

The breakfast is good. Usually one of the main reasons to stay at Hampton inns.

Cons:

Hotels are hotels, but you will remember the people and how you're treated. Said a simple "good morning" to multiple staff members. And received no responses. Just blank stares or mildly irritated looks. Basic customer service doesn't seem to matter anymore. Cheerful human interaction is still the best "word of mouth" marketing.

We totally enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend the hotel to others
Pros:

We loved that it is pet friendly, very very convenient to local shopping centers,easy access to freeway, very close to Morrango casino the rooms very clean and roomy and the breakfast was wonderful
