Started out with no staff member present at desk for such a long time that one customer left and said he would find another place to stay. We almost left as well. After a lengthy wait and two unanswered phone calls to the hotel phone number, a girl appeared to check us in.
The property was dirty, old and tired looking, many repairs needed, elevator sounded like it was about to come apart and had trash in the door tracks. Black marks all down the hallway, doors and paint chipped, floors dirty with sticky spills by the elevator during the whole stay, carpet in room was stained, corners had not been vacuumed and had debris in them. TV only worked on one channel, had no volume control. Found someone else’s underwear (numerous pairs) in one of the dresser drawers. Apparently, housekeeping does not clean the drawers between guests, which is totally unacceptable and unsanitary!

Would stay if I needed a place to go in a pinch.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, and helpful. The beds were actually comfortable compared to places. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

We had stains in our bed sheets, a dried booger on the wall, there wasn't a remote for the TV, and no towels. It was like the room didn't get checked for cleanliness before we checked in.

Pros:

I normally always love the hotel and my stays . I love they offer different flavors waffles.

Cons:

This time i was put in a room that smelled highly of cat urine it was the worst in the bathroom. Also waited 20 mins to even get checked in the girl working the front on Friday afternoon was nowhere to be found until another hotel guest went and knocked on the door by the snack area and she came out looked like she had been sleeping.
