Pros:

Comfortable bed close to shops, breakfast - the food selection was excellent 👌

Cons:

Staff in the reception was not customer focused - really poor handling of the complaint
Simples apology would be appropriate but the receptionist was arguing instead, very defensive. One of the worst experiences on our road trip.
