-las camas son super incómodas.
-pedí una factura que me hicieron erróneamente a pesar de que les facilité los datos personalmente. No pude obtener la factura a nombre de empresa.

Un trato excelente
Pros:

Soy de Ceuta ,tuve la mala suerte de no poder disfrutar de el,pues a mí marido le dio un infarto ,solo pude dejar las maletas y estar dos horas pero sentí mucho apoyo de las chicas y chicos de recepción. El hotel es de lo mejor , ubicación excelente, maravilloso el trato de recepción,muy limpio . Muchísimas gracias . En otra ocasión lo disfrutaremos más.

Pros:

Confortável, cama muito macia, muitas comodidades no quarto (frigobar, secador, banheira, chaleira), localização boa, conta com estacionamento (pago à parte, 20euros diária)

Cons:

O ar condicionado não é muito forte (demora pra esfriar), cheiro de mofo nos corredores (com carpete), barulhos muito fortes (de tremer as paredes) nos outros quartos (não consegui identificar se eram as pessoas batendo a porta ou fechando a janela, mas da primeira vez corri pra ver se tinha caído alguma coisa no banheiro, de tão alto que foi e balançou as estruturas)
