Feeling rested!
Pros:

- Staff was welcoming, professional and helpful
- Room met our needs. Very clean and comfortable
-- Very quiet and tenants very friendly
- felt safe and relaxed.
- The price per night was fair.
- When in the area again we will book a room here.
- Thank you!

Cons:

The only complaint we have is that while we were sitting out side on the patio chairs a tenant started to smoke while sitting on their patio chair..
Friendly but the cigarette smoke was kind of annoying.
Not sure of the outdoor smoking policy but a smoke pit would be advisable.

A comfortable, basic overnight accommodation
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The TV had free movies and streaming services.

Cons:

The room air was stuffy when I entered. That was resolved by turning on the portable air conditioner. The portable a/c was loud during the night and had to be controlled manually. There was no remote control. I guess the heat pump was not working, so the portable a/c was their alternative. Management should look into fixing small things that, if not addressed, negatively affect the guest's impression. In my case, two towel hangers, one of which fell off, were screwed to the hollow core bathroom door. The inside part of the door lock mechanism was loose. The room's door did not close completely even though it had a door closer.
