Property Description

The Sydney Hotel is a 4-star hotel in Bologna near the Fiera and the Palazzo dei Congressi, steps from the Bologna Fiera motorway exit and ring road exit 8. It offers 10 meeting rooms, an outdoor pool, a fitness area and the Opera restaurant, and is part of the Savoia Hotels group.

Хороший отель с отличными завтраками и удобным расположением, но номера уже нуждаются в обновлении.
Pros:

Хороший и разнообразный завтрак. Очень удобное расположение рядом с выставочным комплексом BolognaFiere, особенно для деловой поездки.

Non mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza e il personale. Poco accoglienti , richiedono ciò che serve a loro ossia documenti e carta come garanzia ma non forniscono informazioni sul funzionamento della struttura. Abbiamo fatto presente che se volevano ci potevano fornire una camera più piccola ma la segnalazione non è stata presa in considerazione e al mattino alle 8 vengo svegliata dal personale di piano che non sa se la camera è occupata o meno, inoltre gli asciugamani non erano sufficienti. Personale della colazione attento al buffet ma ancora una volta poco attento al cliente, e al saluto del buongiorno non risponde nemmeno. non adeguato ad un 4 stelle .

Pros:

La posizione è ottima vicino alle autostrade, il parcheggio ampio nell'hotel è sicuramente un punto di forza.
Il personale è molto gentile e pronto a supportare. Una notte avevamo necessità di una coperta e un menù che non si dica l'hanno fornita.
La colazione molto abbondante con scelta tra dolce e salato.
La camera sempre pulita anche al nostro arrivo. Servizio bar ed aperitivo eccellente.

Cons:

La piscina non proporzionata al numero di persone che può accogliere l'hotel. Sembra più una piscina comunale: poco ordine, nessuno indossa la cuffietta, poco spazio.
I bagnini già mezz'ora prima che chiudesse la piscina iniziavano a ritirare le sdraie e chiudere i bordi della piscina con la catenella. Quando sono uscita dalla piscina non avevo più sdraia.

La camera non è certo un 4 stelle soprattutto il bagno con un continuo odore di fogna che emanava. Abbiamo avvertito alla reception, hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto ma nelle 5 notti in cui siamo stati non testato così.
La doccia è molto molto piccola.
Il bagno che dava direttamente al letto in camera in si poteva chiudere in chiave e la porta era come se non ci fosse: chi era in camera sentiva qualsiasi cosa succedesse in bagno.
Il bagno era senza finestra.

La colazione seppur abbondante da perfezionare per chi è vegano o allergico al latte perché la scelta è stata davvero molto poca.
