The room was clean, the bed comfortable and it is conveniently located.
The free wi-fi didn't reach to my room. They require a $100 refundable security deposit. The room cards are turned in to an un-maned window where anyone could take them. The office was not open at posted hours. The parking lot is extremely small and difficult to navigate.
" Not a single thing " customer service what a joke! Don't bother to call they don't answer and if by chance you call and leave a message don't expect a response. The best part is the WARNING SIGNS!
BECAREFUL ABOUT YOUR SURROUNDINGS ! AND IF YOU LIKE THUGS AND DRUGS and WELL I GUESS YOU'LL BE IN LUCK.
There's not enough space for my review.
I booked a room at Blue Coast Inn & Suites a couple of weeks in advance, and on the day of our arrival, just a few hours before check-in, the property cancelled our booking. We had to scramble to find another place to stay, but there were no rooms available in Brookings, so we had to drive to another city for the night. Not to mention, the cancellation notice arrived while we were driving through the redwood forests with very spotty internet coverage.
Horrible disgusting hotel. There was a tweeker drug addict fixing his car outside my room. The hotel staff was super unprofessional. It's ran by an absolutely disrespectful guy that has no respect for himself or anyone else.
Worst hotel I've ever been to.
My first night there a guy walked right into my room at 11pm. The office gave him the key to my room. It was so unprofessional. The manager didn't even apologize or try to make it right. I'll never go there again.
I've stayed at the blue Coast Inn three times now in the last 3 years. The reason I keep going back is simple. It is clean and it is quiet and affordable. If you expect any thing more you will be disappointed.
Good
Everything was good
Nothing
Room smelled musty. Furniture scratched with graffiti. Watched room cleaner drop towels on ground only to pick up and use anyhow. So gross we didn't stay.
The view
The door to the room was broken, my husband fixed it so we could close it..
The phone was not working..
I had to ask for towels ..
Terrible motel.. 🥺😵💫🙄😠
Basic but clean
In need of updating
