Home away from home

Worst experience we’ve ever had

Nothing. I checked out a day early and took the loss on the money spent for the room. There was feces all over the toilet, crusty food smears on the blankets, pee speckled on the floor and wall by the toilet. When we wiped the counter with a paper towel, it was dark colored and filthy after one wipe. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel/motel.

Great location to beach, restaurants, and huge Fred Meyers with gas station.
Pros:

The room was pleasant with a comfortable bed, baseboard heat, a small fridge, a TV, and very good wifi. Did I mention the view? Though not spectacular, it is always a joy to see the ocean in the distance. The motel was well located to restaurants and the beach. The room was quiet and again very good wifi and helpful staff. The issue for me was there was no soap in any of the dispensers. Cleaning staff needs to be more vigilant. They are in the process of upgrading rooms and their level of cleanliness goes a long way. Brookings is a great area and deserves 2 to 3 nites. This was my second stay.

Cons:

No aoap in the dispenser. Better coordination with booking.com as I was billed by both the motel and booking. Jasper ,manager for motel, resolved the error promptly and in a cordial manner. Thank you.

Il pavimento del bagno presentava macchie di umidità e non era molto pulito. La struttura offre una lavanderia a gettoni ma non è presente un cambia monete, per tanto è inutilizzabile!
