Perfect for any price point but happy it wasn’t very expensive!
Pros:

For a free breakfast, it was good. The location didn’t bother me. Access to the property was my issue. It was confusing to get to the hotel and that was farther exacerbated by the construction.

Cons:

Your staff performed in an exemplary fashion! Front desk personnel were outstandingly efficient, professional and helpful. The service crew cleaning and cooking were equal in their approach to their tasks.

Very disappointed and disgusted
Pros:

I usually love this chain, but the one I stayed (Hobby airport location) was very disappointing and disgusting. Carpets everywhere were dirty, I had makeup on my sheets, tub was dirty and the paint was peeling, rust everywhere, crumbs on the desk, phone did not work. Water spots on the ceiling. This hotel needs ALOT of TLC. I have never experienced a Laquinta like this. I will NEVER stay here again. They didn't even have snacks available for purchase.

Pros:

It was nice and peaceful after check in !

Cons:

This property is not connected to the actual app . Info you have on the app they can't use or pull up but the payment . Extended check out was established before check in , but the cleaners kept knocking and only speak Spanish .

La señora Maria que trabaja en la cocina hizo un extraordinario trabajo con el desayuno. 100 puntos a su servicio. Al igual de las personas del front desk fueron verdaderamente muy amables 100 puntos para todos ellos también.

Cons:

la bañera está en muy mal estado. Además de que el jabón y el shampo no eran de mucha calidad

Quiet and comfortable stay
Pros:

Check Aaron was very smooth, and the desk assistant was extremely helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was slightly firm and comfortable.

The hotel is near the airport. However, the walls are very insulated and we never heard any of the air traffic. It was very quiet!

We had trouble finding a specific channel to watch sports and the front desk assistant was over the top and helping us with the correct channel. would stay here again.

Served its purpose
Pros:

The bed and pillows were comfortable. There's a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The channel selections and availability was great. It is a non smoking property. Hotel shower no matter the time of day.

Cons:

I did not like finding out at check in that the property doesn't take cash. The bath tub was a bit slippery upon entering for the first time, almost like it had been oiled. There was no back on the TV remote to hold in the batteries. There was still something in the refrigerator, which indicates it was over looked in the cleaning process and makes one wonder what else was missed. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working. For a non smoking facility, the overall smell should be cleaner.

Bed bugs are terrible
Pros:

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was musty and had an odor. The floor in front of the air conditioning unit had a large divot under the carpet. My wife almost twisted her ankle. So she never went to that part of the room again.
The worst thing was the bed bugs. I showed the front desk person a picture of a bedbug we found on the bed just before we were checking out. I also sent pictures to the manager along with pictures of the bites on our bodies. We never heard back.
