Note that the front desk is staffed between 09:30 and 17:00. Check-in is possible between 14:00 and 00:00. If arriving after 17:00, you will be issued a digital key via email (payment & digital registration must be made beforehand).

Upon successful receipt of full payment, guests will be sent instructions via email regarding digital key collection.

The restaurant will be closed for breakfast from November 9, 2025, to March 26, 2026.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Великий номер, поруч магазини, парк в 20ти хвилинах ходьби.

Cons:

Rundum eine Enttäuschung und ganz sicher nie wieder

Überhaupt nicht.

Cons:

Zunächst einmal wurde ich schon mehrere Tage vor der vereinbarten Bezahlung auf die Begleichung der Hotelrechnung hingewiesen, da ansonsten die Zimmerreservierung nicht garantiert sei.
Das Zimmer im Untergeschoss entpuppte sich als eine wahre Zumutung: ein enger, etwa 4 m hoher Kellerraum mit kleinen Kellerfenstern, sehr schmalen Betten, worauf gestapelte Matratzen lagen, die ständig verrutschten, das Bad extrem klein.
Auch über den Empfang im Hotel kann ich nichts positives berichten.

Pros:

酒店没有电梯，要自己提行李，不过酒店本身也就两层。酒店本身就有餐厅，晚上吃饭还是挺方便的，去郁金香公园走路十几分钟就到了。楼下就有租自行车的，不过车型选择不多。酒店工作人员都很好。酒店附近就有ALDI和一家波兰超市，买东西很方便。

Not happy with our stay, does not worth its’ price
Pros:

This hotel has a great location in the centre of Lisse, near all stores, restaurants and Keukenhof in walking distance. Also hotels AI assistant, which speaks to you about your reservation is kind of cool

Cons:

This hotel is totally overpriced. Breakfasts are not good at all, interior of the room is old, bathroom is also old and needs renovation. Window are bad, you can hear the wind outside. Facilities were definitely not worth the price we paid
Also after sleeping on sheets in this hotel I had an awful allergy on places, where my body touched sheets and I’m not allergic in general

Wręcz nie do opisania ile zbędnych wiadomości otrzymywałam od hotelu,a jak co do czego to Link do płatności wygasł przed czasem , a link do samodzielnego zameldowania nie działał

Vi møtte sove i kjelleren. Standard på rommet var ikke i det hele tatt vert 350 €for 2 netter. Personal var arrogant. Vi spurte om et bedre rom. Svare var fullt hus. Resepsjon var stengt mellom kl 16-17 til kl 9 om morgenen. Ingen nattvakt på et fullt hus. På oppholdsrom var det flere hull i veggene. En strømuttaksboksvar ødelagt og ikke sikret. I oppholdsrom var det en kaffemaskin. Brett kopper sto på var skittent og rusten. Rommet var iskald og møte først varmet opp. Vann i dusjen var kalt og vann rann ut fra dusjen på gulvet i badet. På døren til bad løste seg maling. Trappen til kjelleren var veldig bratt, vi møtte gå trappetrinn etter trappetrinn for å ikke falle. Etter min venninne og jeg klaget ignorerte oss personalet. Vi hadde 3 ganger drosje og alle sjåfører viste at folk klager over hotellet. Min venninne som var sammen med meg har dokumentert at med bilder og sender deg til dere. Hotellet er ikke i det hele tatt for å anbefale Ett h

Nähe Keukenhof!!!!! Super

Cons:

Die Duscheneingang war schon sehr klein, mit einer festen Abtrennung als Glaswand versehen, leider musste man sich dort sehr sehr sorgfältig und vorsichtig hinein begeben, damit man nicht an-eckt.
Frühstück Preis zu teuer! Sorry geht besser!

Pros:

Proche du centre et de Keukenhof.
Le calme

Cons:

Chambre située au second étage sans ascenseur avec des escalier large mais raide.
Quelques décos au mur ne rendraient la chambre plus chaleureuse.
