Note that the front desk is staffed between 09:30 and 17:00. Check-in is possible between 14:00 and 00:00. If arriving after 17:00, you will be issued a digital key via email (payment & digital registration must be made beforehand).
Upon successful receipt of full payment, guests will be sent instructions via email regarding digital key collection.

Everything was decent: clean; good location in Lisse; super clean; lots of towels, soap/shampoo, and so on; kettle and instant coffee/tea; close to restaurants and grocery stores; comfortable and spacious lobby with comfortable seating, free water and a vending machine.
The room was tiny. The free parking lot in front of the hotel was always full- had to find parking elsewhere.
El pueblo de Lisse es tranquilo, se puede aparcar sin problema en la zona del hotel. Las instalaciones estan muy bien. El servicio del staff muy eficiente.
Solo hay personal de 9:30 a 17:00, pero fuera de ese horario una IA te atiende por WhatsApp (que funciona muy bien). En temporada baja no ofrecen desayuno y hay pocos restaurantes o bares cerca del hotel.
De badkamer was prima
De kamer rook naar riolering en de airco was niet uit te zetten en blies erg hard. De kussen waren te hard.

Prima hotel op een geweldige locatie in het centrum van Lisse. Ontbijt is prima verzorgd, personeel is allemaal even vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en hier was helemaal niets op aan te merken. Prima verblijf.
Ik had de kamer iets groter verwacht. Maar ja, mooi weer en daarom meer buiten dan binnen.
