Ich würde ein Kellerzimmer in diesem Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Lisse nicht weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Der Eingangsbereich war sehr schön eingerichtet

Cons:

Der Link zur Bezahlung funktionierte erst nicht. Nur nach telefonischer Rücksprache konnte ich über einen neu versandten Link bezahlen.
Wir haben den Self-Check In gebucht und haben ein Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen, welches schon belegt war. Als wir die Tür öffneten, duschte gerade ein fremder Mann in dem uns zugewiesenen Zimmer.
Anschließend konnte uns nur durch Fernzugriff über einen Anruf bei der Notfallnummer, die Tür zum richtigen Zimmer geöffnet werden. Dann hat es aber sehr lang gedauert, bis wir den neuen mobilen Schlüssel per Mail zugeschickt gekommen haben. Als wir das Zimmer verließen, probierte ich den Schlüssel natürlich aus und es klappte. Als wir nach ca. 1h zurückkamen, funktionierte der Schlüssel nicht mehr und die Tür ließ sich auch mit Fernsteuerung nicht öffnen. Nach ca. 5 Minuten des Wartens ging die Tür plötzlich auf. Dann haben wir von der Dame am Telefon die nette Information erhalten, nicht direkt anzurufen wenn das nicht funktioniert, sondern einfach mal 2-3 Minuten warten.
Das Kellerzimmer, welches wir hatten, hatte nur ein kleiner Fenster direkt unter der hohen Decke. Es gab keine Lüftungsanlage im Zimmer und im Bad hat diese nicht funktioniert. Zudem hat ein Deckenspot geflackert und war defekt.
Weiterhin ist während unseres Aufenthalts zwei Mal die Stromversorgung zu unserem Zimmer unterbrochen worden. Beim ersten Mal wollte uns das Hotelpersonal nicht ganz glauben. Es hat eine Weile gedauert, bis sie den richtigen Schalter gefunden haben und wir wieder Strom in unserem Zimmer hatten. Beim zweiten Mal wusste ich wo sich der Schalter befindet und habe das Problem selbst gelöst.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Teller und das Besteck waren jedoch nicht sehr wertig und hat uns in eine Kantinenatmosphäre gegeben.
Insgesamt war das Hotelpersonal freundlich aber nicht sehr hilfsbereit uns bei unseren Anliegen zu helfen.

Generous space, comfy beds, good location near centre of Lisse.

Cons:

Problems with shower, table and kitchen items which were raised during visit but not fixed. The uneven table was ‘fixed’ by putting a book under one leg. The shower was blocked and kept flooding the bathroom. Cooking equipment was poor quality with pan surface flaking off.
No dedicated parking.
