It is clean and taken care of, but is an old beach hotel.
Pros:

It’s right on the boardwalk and very easy to get to. It’s a local to everything on Main Street.

Excellent stay
Pros:

It was right on the beach, walked out the side door and you’re basically on the boardwalk. Location is excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in.
