Nice staff. Loud and noisy at night. Shower leaked
There are definitely a few issues with communications here. We received an email a few days prior to our stay telling us to let them know if we wanted the digital key and parking. I replied back we wanted both and didn't get a reply until after we were already home from our stay. We also had a terrible time with the digital key option. We were supposed to be able to check in at 3 PM or earlier and would be notified via the app and a text message that our room was ready and how to get in. At 6:30 pm we ended up walking out of our way over to the other facility with staff and were told, without much compassion or an apology, that the app had been acting up. They gave us a regular key and we went to room. Everything was fine after that, except our feet stuck to the floors, they were super sticky. Hopefully these glitches get fixed. We always stay in this area and it was overall clean, safe, conveniently located to our hang out bars and super affordable.
We had a great time at the inn on ursulines!

Great
Location is great if you’re wanting to be in the quarter. Not having a real lobby was a downer. On Sunday morning, yesterday’s cold coffee was still in the coffee pot. Luckily it’s close by a lot of options for coffee and breakfast. Hotel didn’t charge 50% at booking like they were supposed to which caused confusion. However the lady who walked over from sister property was very helpful and got it sorted out!
The good: the location was amazing, right at one quiet end of bourbon street. The courtyard and the room had such a cute, vintage vibe. The bad: giant rats in the courtyard, giant cockroach in the room, and mildew-smelling bedding. What to improve: We arrived around 9pm when the staff had left for the day. We had to call a number on the door multiple times before getting an answer and instructions to download an app to unlock the door. I think the welcome text sent at 4pm could have included check-in and WiFi information too.
I reserved an apartment in New Orleans last night and got charged 180 dollars. When I went to check In I had to host and no way of contacting the host to do the check in. That being said I had to drive an hour and thirty minutes to a friend’s house for the night. I have no way of disputing this charge and I still can’t get ahold of anyone at the place I reserved. I feel scammed.
I needed a place a reasonable bike ride from the train station. It turned out to be really convenient for exploring Bourbon Street as well!
Our stay at the Inn on Ursuline was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful and nice and cool when we got there. The only problem we had was that the bed was a little hard. I have fibromyalgia so it was a little uncomfortable. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect to walk to everything we wanted to see.
While not for everyone who is use to new, modern, chain hotel accommodations it is a clean, comfortable, affordable place that I stay at frequently. The staff has always been polite, the beds comfy and it’s location is Great !
Great place feels like being home, no big hotel atmosphere. Room has beautiful high ceilings, comfortable bed, coffee maker and bottle water. Service was good. Keep the personal touch no app or Machines. In the heart of the French Quarter.
Charming Updated property with the unique mysterious New Orleans feel.
Per
Easy check in with front desk staff. Room was nice & very comfortable. Door opened to the street & felt safe & loved the southern FQ shutter doors as added safety & ambiance.
This boutique hotel is an ideal location. It is very rustic.
But quiet. Beautiful heart pine floors.
loved the hands off approach
Simple rooms, quiet property, great staff, excellent value for location and quality. Enjoyed our stay!
Palestine greeted us with a beautiful smile. Gave us our key and took us to our room and made sure key worked. We were very happy with our room and the coziness of the Inn overall. Definently will recommend to family and friends.
AC and restroom were not working properly. Bed sheets were dirty. Office staff leaves early. No locker for luggages. They let your luggages at the front desk with no one to take care about them. Everyone from the hotel can go with their cards in this office…
Loved the location & the room. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.
