The room was large with a couch and chair and was clean. Located next to an expressway there was no traffic noise. I have always agreed with the concept of bulk shampoo and body wash to help reduce the amount of plastic waste in the environment but this in my experience fails in the execution. The bulk products here are good quality and I would purchase them for home use.
The weather was warm and muggy and the breakfast area and hallways were uncomfortably warm.

Mostly clean though it did smell like pot in the parking lot
The bathroom fan did not work, the secondary lock on the door was broken, and my TV was not getting a signal. They fixed the TV connection issue but the rest was not addressed. The fan and the door lock should be addressed immediately and if house keeping is not reporting such issues daily they have not been trained properly or the manager is ignoring their reports. If I had my wife or daughter-in-law with me I would have considered the room unsafe without the secondary lock at the top half of the door.
The room was nice and accessible accept for stairs
I had to walk up stairs
Only 2 face towels and the tub wouldn't drain fast enough for the water to drain out while using it so I had to take a shower standing in dirty water and the towels were dingy.

The breakfast was good. I was surprised you didn't have waffles, but I do like the pancake maker.
We asked for handicap rooms with walk in showers. Both rooms had tub and shower combo and the stools were not ADA compliant.

It was clean and had great air conditioning. I could hear the people talking in the room next to me pretty loudly but other than that it was fine.
The walls are thin so it was pretty noisy our first night.
Everything was above my expectations
Booked my stay months is advance, there was nothing on the website specifying that I had to be a certain age to check in. I got to the hotel and they told me since I was under 21 I couldn't check in even though it had said this nowhere in their policies. The front desk worker offered me no alternate solutions other than staying at another hotel, but did not help with refund process etc. I had a military member in uniform checking in with me and on the website on a Best Western 10 minutes down the road, it says if you have a military ID you can check in under 18, however she wouldn't accept his either. Overall staff was unhelpful and uncaring about my situation so didn't end up getting to stay there.
Location
The room smelt musty and wet. Room wouldn't cool down! Bed was very uncomfortable and we had to leave a day ealry! Bathroom shower was not clean and the shower curtain had black mold in it. Stayed in it a few years ago and when we came this time we where very disappointed.
