Overall. All staff were very accommodating and friendly!
Pros:

Convenient parking close to entrance. Multiple exits close to the room.

Cons:

No elevator. Had to carry luggage up and down staircase.

Won’t be back!
Pros:

Located in the middle of every place we needed to visit. Stayed there numerous times.

Cons:

I’m handicapped and had to stay upstairs, difficult for someone in a walker. I’m used to the pool never being functional but this time the breakfast room was dirty and out of biscuits eggs sausage or bacon and 3 things had out of order signs. The attendant I spoke to replied she was busy!!! Ate at IHOP

A clean, quiet room where everything works.
Pros:

The room was large with a couch and chair and was clean. Located next to an expressway there was no traffic noise. I have always agreed with the concept of bulk shampoo and body wash to help reduce the amount of plastic waste in the environment but this in my experience fails in the execution. The bulk products here are good quality and I would purchase them for home use.

Cons:

The weather was warm and muggy and the breakfast area and hallways were uncomfortably warm.

NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN…
Pros:

You get what you pay for, but this was a new low. The "fair price" doesn't make up for the room smelling like a damp basement. The keys were a constant struggle, and the bathroom was a mess—no exhaust fan, rusty fixtures, and a DIY-gone-wrong tub resurfacing. There was actual mold and hair in the fridge, and mildew on the ripped curtains. To top it off, the coffee maker is kept in the bathroom, which is just gross considering the mold and hygiene issues. Unless you’re okay breathing in mold all night, stay far away from this place. Gross!!!🤮

A place to sleep though it smelled like pot or vaping in the parking lot.

Mostly clean though it did smell like pot in the parking lot

Cons:

The bathroom fan did not work, the secondary lock on the door was broken, and my TV was not getting a signal. They fixed the TV connection issue but the rest was not addressed. The fan and the door lock should be addressed immediately and if house keeping is not reporting such issues daily they have not been trained properly or the manager is ignoring their reports. If I had my wife or daughter-in-law with me I would have considered the room unsafe without the secondary lock at the top half of the door.

Only 2 face towels and the tub wouldn't drain fast enough for the water to drain out while using it so I had to take a shower standing in dirty water and the towels were dingy.
