Pros:

Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and nice the beds are very comfortable the hot tub was the perfect temperature and the bubbles were like getting a much needed massage the coffee dispenser in the lobby was great and they had a nice breakfast I would recommend this to anyone the rates going trough the hotel we're very resonable

Nice stay
Pros:

Actually not a whole lot to complain about. Rooms were nice and clean, good pressure in the shower (I appreciate that). Breakfast was pretty good, good variety ( tortillas, eggs, potatoes, green chili, gravy, pancakes, breads, yogurt just to name a few). Staff was friendly, right off interstate and a great price, two thumbs way up.

Great experience, price is right.
Pros:

Great happy hour and breakfast. Great vibe for Cheyenne Frontier days, easy access to highway.

Cons:

The room had a strange smell, like wet carpet, not sure if it was the a/c unit filter, always took us aback when we entered.

Would Return With Improvements
Pros:

I loved the comfortable beds and pillows!!! Most of the staff was very friendly!!! The fridge and microwave in the room was a nice bonus. I loved the 24/7 coffee/latte/cappuccino/hot chocolate/ect machine in the lobby...great bonus!!! I liked the free breakfast.

Cons:

The pool and jacuzzi wasn't working which is a big reason why we booked there. We were really looking forward to relaxing in those on our weekend away but didn't get to...it was very disappointing. The breakfast needs more options and some of the food wasn't warm or hot.

Stayed two nights - good experience and will stay again
Pros:

Spacious room with two comfortable queens. We were impressed by the cleanliness and quietness of this hotel. Breakfast was very tasty and there was a nice selection of items. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The indoor pool and hot tub were both open, which was wonderful since too many hotels we've stayed at in the past did not bother to inform us their pool area was closed for repair. Near a Texas Roadhouse, so an ideal location for those of us who enjoy great food!

Quiet. Clean. Comfortable.
Pros:

After a long day of driving, this property was just what we needed. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Room was standard size, with sufficient space to move around comfortably. Hot water pressure was excellent. A/C worked well. Staff was kind and courteous. Perfect for a one night stay of rest.

Pros:

This is the nicest BW I’ve ever been to!
Staff at 2AM was amazing!
Absolutely an awesome experience! This hotel is probably the cleanest and well appointed room I’ve ever had. The receptionist was very pleasant, even at 2 AM. I think I received an upgrade without asking!
