Los de administración mal educados 1 semana antes del check-up les solicité entrada ah las 9:00am me cobraron $80 dólares demás los cuales acepté al llegar el encargado me dice que no tenía reservación y que no era su problema que me comunicara con los de Booking que ellos aún no les depositaban el pago le pedí varias veces que se comunicara con ellos oh ingresara ah su página y les consultara pues ya me habían cobrado y me dijo que ese no era su responsabilidad que yo fui el que hizo la reserva por Booking y no la página original del hotel que no iba hacer nada que me retirara ya me habían cobrado $282,43

Extremely dirty, they do not vacuum the place. From the entrance to the stairs to the hallways to the room... all is filthy dirty.
