The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff was very warm and friendly , especially housekeeping.

Pros:

The property was wonderful! A lot bigger than the pictures shown here. Very clean, great location to the Little Caesars Arena, loved the staff here, everyone was very helpful and so nice! Loved how you had to use a key EVERYWHERE! I felt very safe here.

Cons:

The spa was my favorite and “the Tap” which is a sports bar inside the hotel was so much fun!
