Great value, staff and location. But hot without AC.

It was decent for 1 night and stuff were very nice.
Cons:

The water pressure wasn’t working properly, as well as it was hard to regulate the temperature well. Moreover, the room doesn’t have an AC or some form of ventilation so then you have to open the windows yet due to the club at the basement then you hear too much noise from the street. The noise itself wasn’t an issue for us, but I can imagine that this might be a bit inconvenience for others.

Die Lage war gut und die Ausstattung wie in einem Museum. Sauberkeit war auch gut.

Cons:

Auf der Homepage des Hotels wird auf die Lautstärke durch den Nachtclub (jede Nacht!) hingewiesen. Leider fehlte der Hinweis auf Booking.com. Das ist jedoch wesentlich! Im hinteren Treppenhaus, das direkt in den Club mündet fehlt eine Lärmschutztür, so drang die Clubmusik durchs ganze Treppenhaus bis in die anliegenden Zimmer.

Never again!!! Absolutely not a hotel for business guests

The room was excellent and the location is great. Staff not that friendly.

Cons:

The noise level from the nite club was totally unacceptable. From about 9pm till 2am the noise level was ridiculous!! I stayed for work to make an early meeting and even with ear plugs struggled to sleep. For a Monday night this was really disappointing. I could understand on a Friday or weekend but was shocked at the noise for a Monday night. The volume was WAY too much for a club run by the people that own the hotel!! Totally inconsderate of hotel guests!

Die Nacht war eine Katastrophe. Nebenan wurde bis 5 Uhr morgens so laut im Club Musik gespielt das man nicht schlafen konnte

Our Russell court stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable beds, you just need to bring shampoo and conditioner if you ladies need it, as it is not supplied. So happy they supply earplugs as definitely needed if you want a night's sleep 😁 for us it was the street noise after the night club was over. But it wasn't a problem for us.

Cons:

There's nothing I didn't like.
