Location was good , staff were friendly
Really disappointed pool was closed it was not made clear enough when booking, we changed hotel to this hotel for the pool as it said it was open from April, the fact it was closed sort of upset the holiday for us with no alternative pool to use. We spoke to other people that received money back or late check out we did not. And we told reception how disappointed we were they did not say much. To be honest its way over priced we got lucky on a price but originally when I looked it was mad money. Rooms were not spotless

The suite was very nice with a lovely sea view. Majority of the staff were very good. Murat (front desk) was exceptional. So was Hasan. They both made our stay a pleasant experience.
We asked for a quiet room when we booked, and during check-in. We were given one of the noisiest rooms in the hotel. Suite 601 is directly below the kitchen / restaurant & noisy. Clearly the guy who checked us in needs training in customer service.
At midnight, we had to go to front desk to complain about the noise.
Murat handled the situation brilliantly and immediately moved us to a lower floor.
Avoid accepting a room on the 6th floor if you are sensitive to noise.
The hotel would have scored a perfect 10 had this situation not occurred.
Ubicado en el paseo marítimo y junto a las calles céntricas. Personal muy atento. Desayuno bueno en zona con terraza y vistas al mar. Muy bien.
We stayed here for 9 nights in March and would highly recommend this hotel. We had a sea view suite that was stunning, immaculately clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty to choose from. The hotel staff were lovely, really attentive and professional from reception, breakfast staff and household staff. It is in an excellent location and within 5 minutes walk to the centre. It is suitable for couples and groups and business guests but not for families with young children for a summer holiday as they like facilities such as water slides and entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us so well.

Je pense qu’il y a un bar ou discothèque qui ne dépend pas de l’hôtel.. Le bruit était insupportable jusqu’à 2h du matin. Impossible de dormir…
