Overall great location. Could do with a bit of a revamp as was a bit dated in some areas.
Pros:

The room was very basic but you get what you pay for. The staff was very polite and accommodating when asking for extra pillows tea and coffee etc. The location was great too within walking distance to the beachfront and town.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and a bit uncomfortable. The parking, there wasn't any free parking which made us leave early as I already spent a small fortune on parking during the 3 days we were there.

Not the Ritz but not Ritz prices either!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, room was very warm and bed and pillows very comfortable. Plenty of hot water at all times and ample tea, coffee sugar etc for my stay. I booked a single room but was allocated a double, bonus! It was more than adequate for my stay and for the price paid, I have zero complaints about the hotel. I would definitely consider booking here again next time I'm working in the area.

Cons:

Not a fault of the hotel but parking can be a little difficult, having said that, I managed to find a space each night even if it was a bit of a walk to the hotel!

Pros:

The staff were wonderfull. It was not their fault that at 10pm there was a powercut which lasted til around midday the next day. They coped with it well and it added to the excitement

Pros:

We loved the location, the sea views from our room, it was very quiet in the evenings. It was clean. The staff were lovely, friendly and always happy to help. Very welcoming with our dog too

Cons:

It was a bit outdated and rundown.

Overall, a passable hotel if you need a room for the night, but not a comfortable hotel for a relaxing holiday.
Pros:

The view was incredible from the balcony. It was also only a 15 minute walk to the Creative Quarter with lots of amenities nearby. The bed was comfortable and the reception staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room was okay. The bathroom had no ventilation and there was no air conditioning system, which was a shame as the room got very hot.

We were staying during a very quiet period but could hear the guests in the room next door and throughout the hotel, so it didn’t feel especially private.

We also weren’t informed about breakfast, which we only found out was an option after our stay from seeing another review.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it exceeded my expectations in many ways.

The room was excellent; very clean, comfortable, and with beautiful sea views. It was well maintained and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The Wi-Fi also worked very well throughout my stay.

The location is very good. Everything is close by and easy to reach.

I would also like to highlight the staff. I checked in and out with a young receptionist (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name), and she was absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The toilet could be improved, as the flush was not working properly.

Pros:

It was perfect for the venue we were attending. It is 2 stars. we knew that, and it's reflected in the decor and fittings, but for us, the bed was clean and comfy, shower was hot and staff were lovely, so perfect

Is ok if your getting the shuttle
Pros:

Was a good location for the euro tunnel and was cleaned to an ok standard

Cons:

I booked a double room and got a twin, didn’t say anything and was one night with an early start for the shuttle. The member if staff checking us in made us feel very weird as he just kept going on about smoking constantly even though we don’t smoke. I get saying it once as it’s a policy but he said it at least 5 times and constantly said they’d call the police even after I said I understand but we don’t smoke
