Wonderful one night stay at the spacious and elegant Steenberg Estate. Adam and his team provided gracious hospitality. Impeccably manicured landscaping and vineyards with top-notch room, lobby and Tryn restaurant. Staff winery staff generous, informative, and friendly. Ruan helped fix my swing. Walking and mountain biking through the vineyards was scenic and tranquil.

We recently stayed 4 nights at Steenberg Hotel & Spa. This is a fantastic property with beautiful views over the grapevines and the mountains. Nothing beats a breakfast at Tryn with this view. The golfcourse is amazing - the best we have ever played! We also tried out the spa and the swimmingpool which was great after a round of golf. You can easily stay here without playing golf too - must be great after or before a safari per example. The winetasting and lunch at the Bistro was a 10 out of 10. We will definately come back. The best of the best! Unmatched service and hospitality that is delivered from the heart. From start to finish the experience was seamless, elevated and polished. You can tell the team really enjoy their work and that they are proud of the hotel and all that they offer. Food exceptional, rooms tastefully decorated and overall experience flawless. What a fantastic experience! The staff at Steenberg Hotel were just amazing from the moment we walked in, making us feel so welcome. They couldn't do enough for us, and the little extra touches really showed how much they cared. My 90-minute deep tissue massage at the spa was absolutely wonderful—the perfect way to relax. We're already talking about when we can plan our next trip back!

Steenberg is a wonderful oasis of calm. We stayed for 2 nights at the start of the holiday of a lifetime to celebrate my 60th birthday. The staff, setting, rooms, food, wine, everything is exceptional and made for such a truly relaxing time.

The draw of this hotel is the comfortable informality. The staff go beyond those of similar hotels. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The wines, naturally are excellent. The food both in the Bistro and Tryn is of a high standard.

Stayed for 4 days in this luxury beautiful hotel. Absolutely loved everything about this place. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had the most beautiful view. Huge thank you to everyone and especially Zainab in reception. The staff were amazing.

The setting in this secure estate looking over the vineyards is exquisite. The staff and service were top notch and the Tryn restaurant catered for our every need for a birthday celebration. Highly recommended. The rooms are tastefully furnished and very comfortable. We will definitely return!

I wondered whether I should even share my experience, because the hotel is so unique and truly excellent hotels like this have become so rare.
We first visited Steenberg Farm in 2019 and immediately fell in love with the hotel. With each stay, our time there kept getting longer, and this year marked our fifth visit. To our surprise, our loyalty was rewarded with a massive upgrade.
We feel very save at the hotel, and the highly personal attention from the Steenberg crew has created a strong sense of connection. Staying at the Steenberg Hotel now feels like visiting friends, which makes saying goodbye each time more difficult.
The hotel features two excellent and highly recommended restaurants. As part of the service, guests are offered complimentary transportation to and from restaurants within a 5-kilometer radius. As golf enthusiasts, we also appreciate that the Steenberg Golf Course is within walking distance. The course offers a great driving range, and EOGA provides golf lessons with outstanding golfpros.
