Pros:

The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean. The only issue I had unfortunately is the beds are too firm for me. They did try to help me by bringing me extra blankets to sleep on.

Excellent location, great customer service, clean room!
Pros:

Staffs speak good English, customer service was excellent. Location was perfect, short walk to Shinjuku train station. Nearby 2 convenience stores. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. There were free amenities like face masks, hair treatment packs, face lotion etc at the hotel lift lobby for guests. Will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Tokyo.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it easy to visit all the places we wanted to see. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.
