I would recommend this hotel as it has everything you need in an excellent location. Central but quiet!
Pros:

Nice hotel in a great location. Great selection of teas, toiletries, etc. free to all guests.

Cons:

Our room was small but reflected by the price and not in the room for long except to shower and sleep

Cons:

Having travelled 14 hours I just wanted to seamlessly check in. The self check in refused to work. There were 4 staff members standing around and were of no use. My booking had been mixed up. The staff were not interested in rectifying it but place the onus on me. I called out the duty manager and his attitude and that of his staff was abysmal. Customer service sadly lacking. Quite apparent that the hotel didn’t appreciate my past and continued business and clearly does not need my business in the future. Very disappointed.

Great hotel near Shinjuku Station
Pros:

This hotel is amazing. The location is excellent, very close to the station, which makes getting around very easy. The staff are friendly and it’s easy to communicate with them in English. The hotel offers many amenities, including laundry machines, which was very convenient during my stay. The room is also quite spacious for Japan and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay so much that I even decided to extend my booking.

enjoyable stay and would come back again in a larger room
Pros:

Great location located near many attractions in Shinjuku. Very friendly staff and service. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our two nights at this hotel.

Cons:

We stayed in the economy room which was too small for two people, which made it a little bit uncomfortable with two large luggage’s plus carry on's. I would recommend getting a larger room rather than the economy room.

Excellent stay in a fantastic location.
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable.
The breakfast was very good and plenty of choices.
Free umbrellas came in handy when we first arrived ☔️
Very close to Shinjuku station but also very quiet.
Easy walking from hotel to dinner and sightseeing.
Cool room service robot!

Cons:

Would like to have oat or lactose free milk. And also food allergy information on the different breakfast options.
