Excellent location, but it may not be worth the cost for some people.
Pros:

The main reason to stay here is the location. Absolutely best possible location if you want to stay in the heart of Tokyo - great stores and food, access to transport, city energy. Also, the airport shuttle stops here, which makes transfers easy. Other than that it's a reliable fairly standard hotel - competent but not spectacular. We found the desk staff very helpful, but this is true practically in any Japanese hotel. Bottom line is that we always stay here when we come to Tokyo.

Cons:

Cost. We've stayed here every time because of the location, but especially over the past couple of years the cost has become extravagant. I suppose this is true for Tokyo in general, but it does make one question the value of staying in the heart of Tokyo vs opting for something more reasonable a bit peripherally. Also, the place has become more congested over the years, and this time around we could barely get access to the laundry machines even late at night.

Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit, das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt's keinen Safe, und ein Check-in vor 15 Uhr ist leider nicht möglich.

Great hotel awesome location
Pros:

Location to Shinjuku station very close. Staff were helpful and good to deal with. Clean and tidy

Easy check in and check out process. Amenities were great. Clean and tidy, staff friendly, close walk to Shinjuku station and walking distance to asakusa and Shinjuku.
