Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mitten in Tokio.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, komfortable und saubere Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, tolle Lage. Im Zentrum von Shinjuku.

Pros:

Location good, access to limousine bus good, food was standard

Cons:

Room very small, little dated, smelt of urine in the bathroom. No ability to check in early and when I managed to get in early an hour before they charged. No other hotels do this. They have a very small waiting area which is badly laid out. When I asked to checkin early as I was feeling sick, no support at all.

De putine ori pot spune ca asteptarile mi-au fost depasite insa aici chiar au fost depasite
Pros:

Amplasarea este foarte bune, inclusiv de la aeroport am putut ajunge cu limusine bus. Foarte aproape de gara Shinjuku. Micul dejun variat, multe optiuni si foarte gustos. Personalul este foarte prietenos si de ajutor.

Pros:

Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Viele Amenitys in der Lobby. Kleine, aber sehr saubere Zimmer. Wir haben uns 4 Nächte sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

I stayed her for 9 nights as a solo female traveller. The location was great, shinjuku and Shibuya are both within walking distance, the main station is about a 3 min walk away which gives you access to pretty much every district you would want to access within Tokyo. When I ordered ubers there was no issue finding the hotel (I’ve had this in other hotels!)
Other things within the hotel which are worth mentioning is the amenities station near the lifts which include everything you may have forgotten, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors and body products which was super helpful!
There is a microwave and washing machines on each floor (I think, there was on floor 13) which come in handy if you just wanted a quick dinner
The hotel never felt crowded or overwhelming. There wasn’t lots of people waiting around and it felt very peaceful
Room was great for one person, i had an economy double which was perfect for me. It may be a squeeze for 2 people but this is standard in Tokyo hotels
Room was clean, air con was amazing. My room had a smart tv so I could log into Netflix, Amazon ect. Room also had a fridge, kettle, hairdryer which all come in handy
If I was coming back to Tokyo I would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends and family

Buen hotel, ubicado en una buena zona, cerca de la estación de Shinjuku
Pros:

La ubicación era perfecta. La báscula para comprobar el peso de las maletas en recepción era muy útil. El check-in y el check-out muy rápido y fácil. Los amenities de baño muy completo: mascarillas faciales, kits dentales, etc. estaban en recepción y podáis coger los necesarios.

Cons:

La bañera estaba como "descolgada" y cada vez que se usaba hacía mucho ruido. Tuvimos un problema de suciedad en el baño, pero reclamamos en recepción y lo solucionaron rápidamente.
