The location was handy and with a stop of Limousine Airport bus just in front of the hotel. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a big range of choices.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay, but Invoice Process Needs Improvement
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku with my family and overall had a very pleasant experience.

The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location. It is within walking distance of Shinjuku Station, making transportation throughout Tokyo extremely convenient. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas nearby.

The rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Although the rooms are compact, which is common in Japan, they are efficiently designed. The staff at the reception were always polite, professional, and willing to help.

Cons:

The only issue I experienced was related to the invoice. Since my reservation was made through Booking.com, there was confusion regarding which party should issue the invoice. The hotel staff explained that they could not issue it because the payment had not yet been processed on their side, while Booking.com advised me to contact the hotel. The reception staff were courteous and did their best to assist, but the process between the hotel and Booking.com could be improved to avoid this kind of inconvenience for guests who require invoices for business purposes.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel because of its excellent location, cleanliness, and professional staff. I hope the invoice process between the hotel and Booking.com can be made smoother in the future.
