Small room
Location was fantastic, bus that goes directly to hotel, book in advance on line, the hotel can help with link. Right next to major train junction and a short taxi ride to Tokyo station for long distance trains. Staff are always great, strict about check in time but will keep luggage while you explore. Second stay, will stay again.
The space in the room was fairly minimal, I mentioned it because it may be important for other people, but for us, we spent 95% of our time outside the room, did not make a difference to us.
