Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful

Slight confusion on checking in re deposit already taken but once sorted all was good

The apartament was really good. Close parking e and reception 24/7. The only thing that was missing is an hairdryer

Gorgeous apartments, very clean and well stocked. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful, I wouldn't think of booking anywhere else! Big balcony's too!

Jättetrevligt hotell som jag varmt kan rekommendera. Lägenheten hade lite äldre inredning med var trevlig och renstädad. Vi hade två balkonger, en mot poolen och en mot gatan. Mysigt att starta dagen med frukost på balkongen, i butiken intill hotellet köpte vi varma nybakade baugetter. Hela hotellområdet var lugnt och välstädat med egen badvakt vid poolen. Hotellrestaurangen hade bra priser men den hann vi aldrig prova. Läget var väldigt bra i lugnt kvarter med några minuters promenad till turiststojet vid havet och strandpromenaden. Även gångavstånd till större matbutik. Vi hyrde bil och parkerade gratis precis utanför hotellet.

Det enda negativa var livemusiken från hotellet mitt emot som drog igång varje kväll. Trubaduren spelade för hela kvarteret med enorm volym fram till kl. 23.00 på kvällen.

Hotellet kändes mindre och mysigare än de stora komplexen i närheten. Trevlig hjälpsam personal.

Usually stay at Sol Arona, much preferred this property.

Altid godt at komme tilbage til dette hotel. Altid flinke og det hele er bare i orden. Er kommet der gennem 11 år nu.

Mueblea antiguos y rotos, poco menaje, nevera pequeña para 6 personas que apenas enfria, no hay microondas, lavavajillas muy escaso, sofa cama antiguo e incómodo, acceso muchas escaleras sin ascensor, un socorrista para dos espacios separados de piscinas,recogida de hamacas a las 7 y solo 8 paraguas por piscina.Camas muy comodas eso si,

It was a lovely complex, in a good location, there were 3 pools, and we had a huge 2 floor apartment with 2 balconys. Would highly recombend and excellent value for money

Hotel in good location but bathroom in particular needs updated as looks as though it’s not been touched for 40 years and had small leak from ceiling in bathroom each time shower was used. Overall whole apartment could do with some modernising as a bit dated

The villa was spotless and very quite. It was on a working banana plantation.
You need a car to get about but you can walk at side of the road to get to the nearest beach and restaurants and supermarkets.
There were 5 of us staying , the water for the shower ran a little cool when 3 had showered so could do to be replaced with a bigger boiler.
The beds were super comfy with lovely white sheets. Not luxuary but all in all a little gem of a place.

Excellent amenties. Reception extremely helpful. Particularly with booking Antigen test. Quiet location even overseeing the road. Walking distance to sea. Supermarket on site

Second time staying here now and still great! Got a free upgrade what was nice!

Sole traveller and found the apartments ideal. Clean, modern with courteous staff. I had to use the courtesy facilities when leaving, was apprehensive but turned out idea. Good location too.

Hotel was very clean and room was in a great condition, only thing is there is no air con what can make the rooms very hot. Besides that I would definitely recommend.
