bathroom, BBq all need to be cleaned
Pros:

breakfast

Cons:

Ice machine was broken, had to walk to find another. Bathroom ceiling looks like black mold in some spots. BBq grill looked like it had'nt been cleaned for years. Out door/kitchen area also was very dirty.

Pros:

Big room with big hot tub, quiet location and amazing complementary breakfast which was very yummy. Nice balcony connected to room. Electric fire place. I Will stay again

NOT THE BEST RESEVATION
Pros:

I liked that the bathtub sauna worked

Cons:

There was lots of dust behind the bed and dressers. I had to keep going to the office because the card key wouldn't work to get back into the room. The face was not on the fireplace. The television didn't work correctly but to the internet. The WiFi didn't work the first day I was there.

No me gustó el segundo piso, traía muchas cosas por mi bebé y es complicado subir y bajar varias veces, siempre me había tocado en la planta baja, tal vez olvide mencionar eso cuando hice la reservación , me gusta que tenga terraza

Delightful desk ladies, a cold beer, comfy inside and out. walking distance to food & entertainment.

The lady did a very good job keeping up with filling food warmers. Her eggs were good & moist. Sausage was tasty & hot. She was also very pleasant.

Never going back, steer clear.
Pros:

One attendant at breakfast iis not enough. Food wasn't replaced in efficient manner and no bagels, yogurt or fresh fruit. Coffee was weak and not hot enough.

Cons:

Remote control for TV. was missing, duty Mgr. couldn't solve with a replacement; no TV. during our stay. Room carpet wasn't vaccuumed. Tried to take a shower in the morning but water pressure was out. Sad,sad,sad! Mgr refunded 20% of cost, not enough!
