The rooms were really nice. Really like sitting out on the patio in the back of my motel

Its on another level of relaxation
Pros:

I liked the location in town a short walk to literally everything. The back door patio, I saw an elk on this unique property. The parking was excellent I parked in front of my door. Breakfast was handy, fireplace was automatic

Cons:

The pillows were dense flat and need to be replaced. The painting has not been kept up in the bathroom, especially the inside door. The table and chairs seem old and chairs were especially wobbly.

My room was highly undesirable located between two rooms that are u see construction. It was old and beat up. Bathroom smells like urine, stained dirty carpet, old beat up furniture and tv. Aweful. I want my money back!

Unfortunately even though I went outside of my room and smoked i was charged $150 fee because my room smelled..I explained I went out the backdoor to smoke but did not in the room. She said because it smelled i was charged. Nothing in the room was left with anything wrong with it. But it smelled???? So $150 fee.

Cons:

Staff not personable and breakfast, well HIGHLY disappointing with undercooked and grease soaked sausage patties and wet eggs. Just 2 half bagels 3 pieces of bread and gallon of milk vs small cartons. Gross! I don't know who touched it

Cons:

Paid $300 for a luxury room. Holes in the bathroom door, looked like from someone punching it, covered in duct tape. Pool was dirty. No drinking fountains.

Sinceramente lo único que no le pareció fue el tiempo de espera para que me entregaran la habitación,,,,,viaje desde muy lejos y no hubo nada de margen para entrar,,,a las 3 en punto y nada más,,,,,no se si porque en mi familia y yo somos latinos,,,,porque llegaron muchos americanos y a ellos les daban las llaves antes de tiempo pero a nosotros no,,,,,por lo demás todo muy bien

Best place to stay in Payson
Pros:

For Payson it’s the best place to stay. You can walk to restaurants (our favorite is always Fargos)
