Accessibilité et bien placé
L'hotel a mio parere è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Tutto decisamente al di là di ogni mia aspettativa. Ottima la posizione, ottima ed abbondante la colazione (ho adorato i panini al macha e il pesce fritto), tutto molto pulito e molti gudget in omaggio.
È stato tutto perfetto. Forse la camera era un po' piccola, ma sembra che siano le dimensioni standard in Giappone.
ホテルの場所は一階には隣にファミリーマートがあり、バス停や市電も目の前で良かったです。
まず、スタッフの対応が私もホテル業界の仕事をしてますが、最悪です。
カスハラがあるのか横柄な態度で、この話をすれば、どの客か直ぐにわかるでしょうが、ホテルの洗濯機を朝から回していて、終わった5分後に取りに行ったら、既に別のお客が回しており、こちらは勘違いしてまだ回っているものかと。
でも、時間がまるで減っていなかったので、五分で取り出され、別の人間に使わせてたと、分かりました。
フロントに行けば案の定でした。
ですが洗濯物を受け取る時謝罪もなく
「洗濯物に間違いないか確認して下さい」
のみでした。更に勝手に引き上げられた洗濯物はシワシワでまるでゴミ袋のような形でした。謝罪があるわけでも無い、部屋の中に数分超えたら回収などの記載も有りませんでした。そもそもチェックイン時からなかなか横柄な態度に笑いすらでます。
広島は外国客がいますし、日本人のように細かくないので、今までのお客様優先をしなくていい、横柄なままでいいとしか見えませんでした。
色々なホテルで仕事をし、泊まっても来ましたが、時代が変わったからか、広島の方向性が変わったのか、ホテル業界が劣化した形と思えました。
明らかに目に余り、こういうホテルは使うべきでは無いので、余りブッキングドットコムでは評価はしていませんが事実あり、問題を記載させて頂きました。
とりあえず、私はこちらのホテルを使う事はこれから先有りません。

L’ubicació. Cau just davant d’una parada de bus.
Possiblement pel preu que vam pagar, hagués estat bé tenir algun sobret de cafè pel matí o alguna cosa similar.
Very helpful staff. They even helped us with our origami. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Hotel muy prolijo y bien ubicado para una noche en Hiroshima. Habitación pequeña (normal en Japón), pero igual muy cómoda. Excelente relación calidad precio.
El hotel está bien situado, cerca de la estación, con la parada del tranvía justo enfrente y cerca de las cosas más importantes para visitar andando, como el castillo, aunque se encuentra cerrado y no se puede visitar, solo ver por fuera. La habitación es bastante amplia y cómoda y estaba todo limpio. El personal apenas hablaba inglés pero era muy amable. Nada más salir del hotel hay un convini, lo cual va muy bien.
Lo más flojo para mi fue el desayuno, era muy oriental, y tenía muy pocas opciones occidentales, pero aún así, cumplió su función. Recomendaría el hotel por la relación calidad precio.

エアコンの音がうるさく、良く寝られなかった
L'hôtel est bien situé juste en face d'un arrêt de tram. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Le personnel est aimable.
A noter, il semble que l'hôtel soit surtout fréquenté par des salarymen. De fait le soir attendez vous à être réveillés par des messieurs passablement imbibés d'alcool qui hurlent dans les couloirs. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel aux familles et encore moins aux femmes qui voyagent seules.
