Pros:

This is the most luxurious, vintage, and unique hotel I have ever stayed in. The place has an incredible history and atmosphere — you can truly feel it in every detail. It’s amazing to know that the legendary singer Edith Piaf once stayed here, which makes the experience even more special.

The hotel has a beautiful old-world charm that makes it feel like stepping back in time. The atmosphere is absolutely unforgettable.

Hot water is available — you just need to wait a little for it, which is completely normal for such a historic building.

The staff are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. They made the stay even more enjoyable.

I give this hotel a solid 10 out of 10!

Me devolva meu dinheiro que paguei em dobro.

Tive que pagar novamente na recepção do hotel, mesmo tendo pago antecipadamente para a Booking (Por favor me devolva o dinheiro que paguei a mais, pois eu já tinha pago antecipadamente para Booking). Não tinha água quente no chuveiro. Ar condicionado da sala de espera na recepção estava vazando água nos hóspedes.

Çok pisti ayarlamış olduğumuz odalar yerine başka yerden oda verdiler ve bunu bize söylemediler, bizden ödemeyi aldıktan sonra durumu öğrendik ve odalar aşırı pis ve eskiydi. Ertesi gün biz daha uygun fiyatlı bir otele götürdüler.

L'accueil du réceptionniste

Cons:

Quand je suis arrivé a l'hôtel. le personnel m'informe que ma chambre est plus disponible. Il mon reloger a deux pas .
Sur les 5 jours aucune personne est venu nettoyer la chambre et changer le linge.
Ci-joint une photo de la salle d'eau ou vous aller pouvoir constater que le plombier a installé un toilette dans l'axe de levier.
