Overall a pleasant stay
Pros:

Location is brilliant, right next to Blueport mall and the beach front/promenade amongst other things. Cleanliness of the building, very clean rooms. friendly staff (majority of them) willing to help with what you need

Cons:

One of the staff members was rude, like he can't be bothered to assist you especially at check in time

The hotel may look acceptable on photos, but my real experience was deeply disappointing.
First, the Booking listing clearly included a one-time 45-minute massage per guest as part of the reservation. This was one of the reasons I booked. After arrival, both reception and spa staff denied it and claimed it was an “old promotion” or “system error.” Advertising services and then refusing to provide them is unacceptable.
Second, there was a serious security failure. I requested access to my own room during the day because my partner was inside and not answering the phone. Staff opened the room without asking for ID or properly verifying identity. This means anyone claiming to be a guest could potentially gain access.
Third, there was a serious privacy violation. My partner was inside the room in a private state when staff opened the door. This should never happen in any professional hotel.
Management later contacted me, but the damage was already done. I expected professionalism, safety and honesty. I received none of them.

Een super vriendelijke hotel
Pros:

Het super vriendelijke personeel beviel mij het meest. Vooral de heren achter de bar deden hun uiterste best om de gasten tevreden te maken.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, especially in the restaurant and the cleaner was great.

Location is perfect for the beach, restaurant, bars and shopping.

Cons:

Not much music and no entertainment. Hotel is more for people who just want to relax and have peace by the pool which is not really a problem.
