Pros:

This is definitely not a four star hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The room was not clean upon arrival, and the towels and blankets appeared very old and worn. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing and did not meet the standard I would expect from a traditional Turkish breakfast.

Overall, many areas of the hotel felt outdated and had an unpleasant old smell. Considering the condition of the facilities and services provided, I do not feel that the stay was worth the price paid. This hotel should not be considered as a 4 star hotel.

Pros:

Завтрак был отличный.Все было вкусно.Сервис и чистота на высоком уровне.

Very good value for money hotel. We enjoyed our stay overal. I would recommend to a friend and I would return in the fut
Pros:

Location is great- so close to beach. Lots of nice beach bars/restaurants. Marina a 30 minute walk or short taxi ride.
Pool and sun loungers were fantastic. Not sure about the alcohol content in the cocktails in the pool bar. I think it must be watered down. We were always able to get a sun lounger, even when we went there later in the day. There is the usual few people that claim their loungers very early and do not appear for hours but it really was only a few people doing this and we never encountered any issues getting a lounger.
Breakfast and dinner buffets were good. Plenty of choice and always replenished.
Turkish bath/massage in the hotel spa was absolutely amazing. Would recommend doing this at beginning of holiday as it would not be comfortable if you have any burns! Snow the spa manager was lovely and professional. We felt well looked after and not pressurised.
This is an adults only hotel which was great. Nice relaxed vibe around the pool everyday.

Cons:

The beds were so uncomfortable - We are both in our 30’s with no back or neck issues - on the first night I woke up multiple times with severe neck and lower back pain. The bed was like a rock. We told reception in the morning and they did agree to fix this- that evening we returned and there was mattress topper on- it definitely did help and we had no real issues after that. But I would be worried for anyone with back or neck issues staying on these beds.
Towels- beware! We were asked to pay a deposit for sun lounger towels in day 1 and were told we could change our towel daily and if retuned at the end we would get our deposit back. On check out we handed the towels in and the receptionist was shocked we were expecting a deposit back- she said they were free - 2 other staff members then said the same thing. We explained that we had been asked for a deposit on day 1 - £10 each. They said this is in correct. We didnt get our money back, we didnt get an apology. Do not hand over money for towels.

Cons:

The cleaning of the room just wasn’t great. We didn’t realise at first they only clean the room if you leave out a request for them to do so. The cleaning of the room and clean towels was a bad experience but everything else was great

Positive energy from staff upon arrival till the moment we left.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Our expectations were exceeded when visiting the hotel, the food was good for all inclusive.

Cons:

The beds were too hard. Would’ve been nice for an option to have bigger bed

The lobby was extremely hot. To cool down we had to step out of the hotel in the middle of August. The rooms were not cleaned well and we had to get our rooms cleaned again upon checking in. The only advantage of this hotel was its location

Pros:

Vi hadde booket rom med bassengutsikt og det stod lydisolerte. Det var ingen rom med utsikt til bassenget sånn som det stod i annonsen. Utsikt til en bar og rommet var ikke lydisolert. Hørte alt …. Veldig skuffet , men grei frokost og greie folk i spisesalen.

Hard seng , vasket ikke på rommet og veldig mye støy gjennom hele natta.

Местоположение нормальное, однако мы столкнулись с несколькими трудностями. Из плюсов большой номер. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за возвращенную забытую шапку.

Cons:

Ограниченный вай фай всего на 3 устройства при 3 гостях (То есть каждый гость, может подключить только свой телефон, а ноутбук уже нет). На завтрак очевидно в зимнее время забивают, по утрам нет даже яблочного и апельсинового сока, в кофемашине нет молока. Качество овсянки было отвратительным, единственное что порадовало, это омлет. Мы понимаем, что прибыли не в сезон, однако такое качество завтрака совершенно неприемлимо. Не смотря на наши двухкратные просьбы принести одеяла, в результате, нам достались только покрывала, видимо одеяла как класс в данном отеле отсутствуют.
