Een super hotel met het vriendelijlste personeel van heel Marmaris.
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Barpersoneel heeft super cocktails gemaakt.
Het eten is van goede kwaliteit.

Pros:

Reception staff were polite. They upgraded us to a deluxe room but was cold and very dark so l asked to be moved to a smaller room with some natural light. The reception staff staff did move us. But had to leave the premises within an hour of arriving.

Cons:

Room had not been cleaned properly. The bed looked like had been made up until l sat on the bed and the sun was shining. Dribble stains on the pillows so l smelt them . They smelt terrible of body odour. Bad hygiene standards. The way we were treated afterwards of making false accusations was totally untrue as we were polite in our manner. Shame the staff couldn’t be professional and felt they could tell lies to cover themselves.

Yaz hoteli. Konumu güzel.
Pros:

Merkezi konumda. Yaz hoteli. Çalışanlar iyi niyetli. Fiyat sezon dışı olduğundan çok ucuzdu.

Cons:

Kışın biraz boş olduğu için kahvaltı zayıf, ısıtma yetersiz. Odalar büyük sayılmaz.

This is definitely not a four star hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The room was not clean upon arrival, and the towels and blankets appeared very old and worn. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing and did not meet the standard I would expect from a traditional Turkish breakfast.

Overall, many areas of the hotel felt outdated and had an unpleasant old smell. Considering the condition of the facilities and services provided, I do not feel that the stay was worth the price paid. This hotel should not be considered as a 4 star hotel.

Location.

Cons:

The lobby was extremely hot. To cool down we had to step out of the hotel in the middle of August. The rooms were not cleaned well and we had to get our rooms cleaned again upon checking in. The only advantage of this hotel was its location

Positive energy from staff upon arrival till the moment we left.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Our expectations were exceeded when visiting the hotel, the food was good for all inclusive.

Cons:

The beds were too hard. Would’ve been nice for an option to have bigger bed
