It is near to the beach and the beds were comfortable.
It was dirty , old stained towels provided , one glass for two people, not enough hangers, safe box was impossible to use as blocking all the time , the air conditioning was in working order but we had to have a bucket underneath as it was dripping water from it . We booked an 36 mt square room and we’ve been given a normal usual double room .The shower room was filthy . It had a fairly good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Rooms were not cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed. Cleaner only emptied bin.
A Scam , avoid at any cost
Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I would not recommend this place.
The room was advertised and presented as having a sea and pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room facing the street. When we raised the issue, the manager and reception team were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they shouted at us and told us, “This is what we have. You either take it or leave the place now.”
What made the situation even worse was being told that they had not received any payment from us, despite the full amount having already been deducted from our credit card around two weeks earlier.
The room itself had several problems. The air conditioning was not working properly, there was water leaking above the bed, and there was no proper housekeeping during our stay. The room was not cleaned, and the towels were not changed.
The breakfast was extremely basic and low quality, with very poor organization and a chaotic setup in the morning.
Mistakes can happen in any hotel, but the way guests are treated makes all the difference. The misleading room description, lack of basic housekeeping, poor room conditions, and especially the rude and disrespectful way the situation was handled made this one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we have had.

Séjour très décevant. Le personnel n'est pas aimable, à l'exception de la dame de l'accueil qui a été très professionnelle.
À mon arrivée dans la chambre, les problèmes ont tout de suite commencé : pas de papier toilette, une seule serviette au lieu de deux, et une fuite d'eau au niveau de la douche.
De plus, l'hôtel est très sale. Les miroirs dans les chambres et l'ascenseur ne sont pas nettoyés, et il y a d'importantes traces d'humidité au plafond près de la climatisation.
Les installations extérieures et communes sont dans un état lamentable : tout est rouillé, la piscine dégage une mauvaise odeur et ses toilettes sont cassées.
Cet établissement ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles, mais plutôt un 0. À éviter !
