Location was great as it was further away from all the bars, food is good and abilities to upgrade to all inclusive. Pool area is nice. Can leave your luggage in the hotel. Kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful.
All inclusive drinks menu could be bigger. The receptionist staff could be more energetic, cause some of them they looked like they are not interested in working there or helping customer. Beds mattresses could be updated, no iron which was crazy. Some of the lights in the rooms was not working. Shower doors are so dirty and rusty.

Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Flott beliggenhet.
Dårlig rengjøring. Badet ble ikke rengjort noen ganger ila de 14 dagene vi var der.
Rommene og maten samt service fra resepsjonen var veldig bra.
Renhold på rommene og generelt i fellesområder veldig dårlig. Ikke verdig et 4 stjerners hotell.
Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Resepsiyondaki tesettürlü hanımefendi bizi çok güleryüzle karşıladı. Türkiye'deki yemek maliyetlerinin çok pahalı olmasına rağmen her akşam farklı çeşitlerde yemek çıktı. Akşam yemeklerinde restaurant kapısında müdür bey tarafından güleryüzle karşılanmak güzeldi. Fakat aynı restaurant personelini sabah 7'den gece 12.30 'a kadar çalışıyor görmek üzücü idi. Malesef çok kısa istirahat süreleri ile çalışıyorlar.Çok az personel ile büyük bir oteli çevirmeye çalışıyorlar bu da oteldeki ayrıntılı temizliğin olmaması anlamına geliyor; örneğin asansörlerin iç duvarları aynaları kirli idi. Odamızın da yerleri her gün paspaslanamadığı için malesef tozlu bir odada konakladık. Şikayet etmek istemedik çünkü personelin yükünün çok fazla olduğu çok açıktı. Tüm personele çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Es war sehr dreckig in unserem bad waren haare an der wand waschbecken war dreckig überall waren orange flecken(dreck) und im allgemeinen nicht geputzt, über unserem bett war popel überall haare, türen hatten fettfinger abdrücke. Statt neue handtücher zu bringen wurden die alten gefalten und zurückgestellt dasselbe mit bettwäsche. Es war sehr ranzig meine haut hat sich im hotel um einiges verschlechtert. DAS HOTEL SIEHT FAST GARNICHT AUS WIE AUF BILDERN VORALLEM DIE ZIMMER
Lage
Gostei imenso do pequeno almoco ( Breakfast), Da piscina, do quarto e em geral da comida ao jantar.
Gostei da localizacao proximo da praia, a praia nao e gratis, tem consumo, mas acabamos sempre por consumir ate almocar (lunch) na praia.
A praia e muito boa e a agua quente.
Gostei dos funcionarios da recepcao sempre prestaveis.
Alguns funcionarios sao menos simpaticos , por vezes estao a controlar ou questionam directamente os clientes com questoes absurdas que os clientes sabem que tem de cumprir, pagar consumos ou refeicoes extra. A abordagem nao e a mais adequada.

Next to the hotel ,there is an Irish pub and music keeps continue till2.30 am. Sooo loud.
