Pros:

At the very beginning of my stay when I opened the door they got out together with the frame. The door didn't close due to that fact and I had to leave all my things in opened room, available to everyone in the hotel. When I asked at service desk to prolong my reservation for 1 more day, I got replied that room is available and they confirm that have just booked it for one day more. When the last day of my visit came I got a few phone calls from service desk that my reservation is finished and why haven't I returned the room. They were deeply shocked because apparently one of the workers forgot to prolong my reservation in the system. When I asked to get my breakfast 'to go' because they offer such option they forgot to do this and I was forced to leave for a flight without it. The only good things were breakfast in place, good food in restaurant and clean room, but overall not a good stay.
