A localização

Cons:

À chegada apercebemo-nos que a nossa reserva tinha sido atribuída a outra pessoa. É certo que o staff que estava de serviço na altura fez o que pôde e com algum tempo de espera atribui-nos um outro quarto. Ainda assim acreditamos que para um hotel desta natureza uma falha destas é muito grande e é de evitar a todo o custo.
As almofadas eram demasiado fôfas. Sugerimos que pelo menos metade das almofadas sejam mais duras para as pessoas que necessitam.

Dobry hotel do zwiedzania Lisboa i Sintra
Pros:

Ogólnie hotel jest bardzo dobry pod względem położenia. Niemniej niefajnie, jak kran pod prysznicem jest zepsuty i leci tylko urlop. Usterka wychodzi po rozpakowaniu wszystkich rzeczy. Trzeba wszystko składać i przenosić do innego pokoju. Widziałam, że nie tylko u nas był taki problem. Śniadania pyszne
