Fantastic beach side hotel. Wonderful beach for ocean swimming and a great pool with plenty of room to sit poolside. Fantastic breakfast, silent rooms for sleeping. Very large rooms as well.

This hotel was located at a nature preserve so the location was spectacular!

If you want to visit the island of San Miguel this is an excellent option. The hotel is not brand new but it is very nice, lovely ocean view, quiet and rooms are very spacious and bright. Staff is extremely friendly. Hotel is well located for all key spots in San Miguel but you do need a car to get around. The beach at the hotel is very nice.

Such a beautiful location right on the water. With stunning views of the coast and a black sand beach within walking distance, this hotel was the perfect start to my first time visiting the Azores.
Staff was excellent. Pool was wonderful as well as location.

Carpets need replacing but overall excellent

Fabulous view and convenient location; interior needs a serious overhaul; dining was not great but the cafe nearby on the beach was excellent.

The resort is fantastic. The property was so clean and the staff was super helpful and pleasant. The location is amazing.

Beautiful views, beautiful room, extremely kind/helpful staff.

The location is lovely but I do not think I will stay there when I return to the Azores. The last night I was there I found small ants in the bed. I was not happy with the attitude of some of the front desk staff and although when I spoke up the management did apologize, it still left a sour taste in my mouth. The view was spectacular but there is no coffee making provisions in the rooms. One must pay 7 euros a day for a hot water machine. I do not think this rates a for star rating.

Incredibly beautiful. Unbeatable views. Did have some issues with the room (TV remote didn’t work which had all of the amenities listed and the phone also didn’t work well - didn’t get the best assistance with that) but otherwise the staff are incredible and so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Big, spacious room (suite) and the oceanfront view didn’t disappoint. The breakfasts buffet choices were great. We had a comfortable stay.

Tranquil, quiet and peaceful. Excellent stay. I stayed in January so there was not a lot of people.

Our stay was very enjoyable and they offered a very good breakfast. The hotel was undergoing some renovations but it was never an issue with our stay. The location was convenient for town and also very relaxing by the beach.
