Er war einfach PERFEKT
Pros:

Das Personal war SEHR freundlich.
Obwohl wir schon morgens um 9 Uhr angekommen sind, durften wir schon die Fahrräder, das Pool und alles benützen. Die Zimmer waren erst um 15 Uhr fertig, aber dass machte nichts aus, da wir schon sehr willkommen waren.
Alles sehr sauber. Auch die Mittagssnacks sind preislich in Ordnung.
Und die Zimmer waren sooooo schön, alles neu.

We had a fantastic stay
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. Our room was spotless - you can tell how much care goes into the cleaning - and the bathroom was modern. The biggest compliment has to go to the staff. Both at reception and in the café/bar they were so friendly, helpful and genuinely kind. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel really looked after from arrival to departure. Perfect location for exploring Sirmione and the lake. We would highly recommend to others.

Warm welcome and relaxing stay
Pros:

Warm welcome from friendly staff. Luisa made a special impression to help make an enjoyable stay. Handy free bicycle loan from hotel. Excellent breakfast with various pastries and vegan options. Comfortable room, nice view from balcony and space to relax poolside. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excelente hotel en Sirmione
Pros:

El personal muy amable y eficiente. La habitación cómoda y con hermosa vista. El desayuno muy bueno. Estacionamiento fácil y gratuito.

The hotel provided a very pleasant stay, with very comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Location great, as we had a car. Parking was free and easy. Bicycles to ride into town a very nice touch.
Newly renovated rooms were very comfortable. Pool area delightful.
Breakfast buffet very good.

Cons:

Would have liked tea/coffee-making facilities in the rooms
Would have liked breakfast extended later than 10.00am.
