Don't book through Booking.com
Cons:

I had this reservation for 2 months, I called to confirm the day of arrival and told them that my flight had changed and I would be there later than originally scheduled. They assured me that my 5 day reservation was confirmed. While waiting in line for my rental car at 12:30 a.m., I received a text that my room was no longer available and the hotel was full. So I'm in a strange city late at night with a rental car an nowhere to stay. The entire event was a nightmare. I've used Booking.com twice and had bad experiences both times.

Cons:

Maybe it was me that did not pay enough attention when making the reservation, but the room completely stink cigarettes. The bathroom was unclean and moldy.

Booked Two Rooms, Got One
Cons:

We booked two rooms for a group of seven people. When we arrived at the accommodation, we were informed that only one of the two rooms from our reservation was available. We could not accept it because there was not enough space for all of us. As a result, late at night we had no choice but to book another accommodation, which cost us nearly twice as much.

The staff did not make me feel safe and the room was in horrible unclean conditions.
Pros:

Nothing, I did not end up staying here. I arrived and checked in, when I got into the room it was in horrible conditions. The room was not clean. I also did not feel safe staying there.

Cons:

The service was bad and one of the staff was staring at me and my friend which made us uncomfortable. When we got to the room it was in horrible conditions. I have video as evidence.

The health department needs a week here....

The location was close to my family and work.

Cons:

Black mold in the shower, paint pealing off both doors, cigarette burns and hair in the bedding, the room looked like it hadn't been swept in months, lack or available outlets by the TV, pool and Jacuzzi were stained and drained.

You have cockroaches and bugs and the people there are druggies trash people. Slum place

We liked nothing about this place at all

Cons:

Everything there was dirty and disgusting. We had no trash can in our room for our garbage there was one towel for 3 of us that had to shower and the cockroaches came out of the light fixtures when you did shower. There were tweeters and gross people hanging out by their sess pool of nastiness. There were holes in the walls and you could tell nothing had been actually cleaned there in a really long time. The owner of this place should be ashamed.

This place was extremely dirty and nothing like the photos. The pictures appear to be heavily edited or AI-generated because the actual property looks completely different. The condition was so disappointing that I checked out and moved to another hotel.

We got there at 3:30 and the room was not cleaned yet the owner said give us about 20 minutes. Well 30 minutes later it still wasn't done. So we went to go eat and came back and hour later, it wasn't done so we got a different room. That room was so was dirty. It had dirt and hair all over both beds. We requested a king room and got a double queen cause they don't have any king beds. Both bed had dirt on the sheets and hair. Floor was dirty and had bugs on it. I will not recommend this nasty place.
