Pros:

La posizione, il personale abbastanza cordiale, la hall dell'hotel dall'aria lussuosa e ricercata

Cons:

Globalmente l'hotel sembra aver perso un po' del suo glamour, risultando leggermente trascurato e molto trascurato in certe aree e aspetti. E' un gran peccato perché la struttura ha un gran potenziale.

Needs renovation, reception staff tried to push expensive ship transfers. Shame, location is spot-on!

Clean, location close to train station and Sea front opposite, cool beach bar (nothing to do with hotel)

Cons:

Considering the main reason we stayed here, the reason anyone stays here, is because your catching a ship I found it ridiculous that when we enquired about getting to the ship the staff only told us about a private car transfer of €65 for four of us! The ship is about 2 kms away, ok with cases and children and soaring heat you can’t possibly walk it but this was a complete rip off and here’s why; 1 minute walk is the train station where you can catch the port bus which takes you to your ship for €6 each! In fact because the queue for the bus was so big I asked a cab driver how much and he charged me €7 each to go in a private car. So my advice, ignore reception and don’t panic you can sort out your own transfer and save some euros for extra gelato! The hotel was tired and shabby, it’s going to need a major overhaul soon.

Good location but need better service delivery.
Pros:

One staff was delightful and friendly, apart from her, most of them were grumpy.

Cons:

Most of the food served at breakfast were stale eg. croissant and other pastries.
There was only one staff preparing the breakfast and it was late already, no milk.

ONE TO AVOID FOR A NUMBER OF REASONS
Pros:

Location good. Room. we were given a room with a disabled shower ie one had to sit down to use it, very inconvenient; it leaked and had intermittent temperature ie not constant hot or cold. The room was scruffy: scuffed wall and shabby carpets. Breakfast was a disgrace: stale bread, no egg options, bar cold scrambled eggs, to sum up - rubbish. To add insult when I requested a kettle before arrival I was told it would cost 20 euros with tea bags. fIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Extremely disappointed
Pros:

Booked through travel agent and hotel totally unacceptable. Lift from entrance to reception apparently only for luggage. On checking for transport to cruise next day we were told to book next day. Regarding rooms, extremely dated and various problems regarding showers(hot water and pressure) next day on inquiring about transport to cruise ship none available. Reception said unable to contact a taxi firm then offered a booking which turned out to be their own people carrier. The driver said he would not charge for luggage which we had no intention of paying. The cost was 150 euros for around one mile.please never use this hotel

Hotel will Cancel on you...
Pros:

Booked 4 rooms May 2025 for 12 people for a cruise in July 2026. A month before we are to arrive the hotel canceled all four rooms on us.They offer another place but it was not central and was a big downgrade. We then were not able to find a place for 12. So we had to divide our family up into 3 different locations. This hotel has a reputation of canceling reservations. Be aware,they are not nice. I would never recommend this hotel.
