Our stay was very good indeed and we would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The food was lovely. We found it mice and quiet and peaceful. We also found it a perfect location. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Cons:

It’s just a small thing with when we had finished our main course at dinner on Thursday evening we were not asked if we would like to see the dessert menu. We got the impression that the staff were in a hurry. Perhaps not. We still totally enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a little basic but very clean and comfortable. It is a good base for a night or two. The shower was excellent! The location is excellent!

Cons:

My room was a little noisy as it overlooked the main street. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a quieter room.

I was surprised that the room didn't have a small fridge. The hotel does provide long life milk pots and tea and coffee. However, for this price point, I would expect the room to have a mini fridge. It is very rare to stay in hotel these days and not have a small fridge in the room.

Stayed for 1 night, slept well and had a nice breakfast.

Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast

Cons:

Someone had gone to the toilet and not flushed. This was not corrected by cleaner. No EV charger

Localusation et chambre agréable. L'accueil au check in et personnel au bar et restaurant le soir.

Cons:

L'accueil au check out le matin moins sympathique et information contradictoire le matin avec le personnel du petit déjeuner. Sinon c'était bien.

Emplacement idéal, en plein cœur de Galway.nous avons été surclassé dans un appartement city point avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Galway et la rade.
Le petit déjeuner varié et vraiment délicieux

Cons:

La musique du pub d'à côté un peu trop forte la seconde nuit (jeudi soir)

Pros:

Accommodations were very nice. Spacious room, comfy bed and very nice bath. Quiet and the location was just above a street with shops, restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff were very helpful and parking was provided. The bar and restaurant were very, ery good. The bar had traditional music at night…so fun. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Great location for easy walking access to historic center. Underground garage parking and excellent restaurant on site a plus. Spacious room, comfortable beds. We stayed here before and were delighted with renovations that had occurred since our last stay.
