Would stay again for one night… longer than that, probably not
Pros:

Location was excellent. Easy short walk from the train station to our hotel easy walk from our hotel to the city center. Absolutely do not need to rent a car for just a Galway experience.

Cons:

There was no way to adjust the temperature in your room … it is what it is what it is

Although shampoo was provided, no conditioner… If you are a woman, this is a nightmare

Bathrooms had an older field… The metal shower stand had rust everywhere… There’s got to be an easy spray or fix that would remove that and just take the room up a notch

Nice hotel, recently refurbished
Pros:

Location great for Eyre square & surrounding area

Cons:

The room pricing.
I had to extend my stay by 2 nights. The hotel rate was far higher than the booking.com rate although the hotel did honour the booking.com price

Un Hotel un po' ... faticoso: scale, porte corridoi ... lunga e tortuosa strada per arrivare in camera con le valige - personale molto gentile - atmosfera lievemente artificiali: tanto sorrisi ma di circostanza. Ottima la soluzione del posto auto con chiavi in portineria.

Cons:

Lo staff è molto sorridente e gentile, ma sono sorrisi di circostanza: poca partecipazione. Va modernizzato.

Clean, warm, stylish, friendly, extremely central.
Pros:

I loved the staff, the beautiful reception and the lovely bar & restaurant. The breakfast was brilliant. Our room was smaller than shown in the photo though. Other than that we had a lovely stay and wd consider going back there.

Cons:

Double room a bit small.

Beautiful place to stay for a great trip to Galway
Pros:

A had a beautiful room, while i was staying due to work I will definitely rebook for a great weekend in Galway, I found the staff lovely. The bar was beautiful and a great experience.

Reception and resteraunt staff very good

Cons:

Bat staff poor. No residents bar after 11.30pm on a Sunday and no compramise by staff. In fairness to staff it is a managment issue.

A great find. Loved the hotel's location and staff.
Pros:

Super staff. Stayed one night in Galway then returned two days later for another stay as we were traveling around Ireland for days. Good location, Room 401 was spacious, breakfast was very nice. Would stay there again.
