Great stay and location. My third time staying at this hotel. Will be back!
Pros:

Location is superb. Parking is great as we were on our motorbikes, so it was a secure area. The the receptionist on our arrival was fantastic and was able to amend our booking on arrival. The food and breakfast was very good and really set us up for the day.

Cons:

When we came down for breakfast in the morning we paid at reception for it and entered the restaurant to be seated. We were greeted by what felt like a telling off because we paid at reception and not in the restaurant. The young lady asked me how could we prove we had paid which took me back a little after telling me I shouldn't have paid it there and seemed a bit unhappy about us doing so . I explained it might be an idea for her to go and ask the receptionist which she did. By the time she came back we had already seated with the rest of our group. Could have been a little more pleasant with a small issue.

Il bagno era vecchio ed era presente una vasca con un antigienica e brutta tenda di plastica . La colazione poco diversificata.

Best hotel in Galway.
Pros:

I like everything in the hotel. It is sparkling ✨️ clean. Room and bed is comfy. Restaurant served great breakfast. Location is very near to Erye Square and Galway Train Station about 5 min walk.

Cons:

Nothing that I don't like.

Cons:

Don't let them put you in 109 or 110 unless you are there to party. Those rooms are above the bar and the music was loud enough to vibrate the bed. I gave up around 1130pm and ended having to move rooms. I was lucky they had one open.

Great location but cannot recommend it beyond that!
Pros:

Great to have parking and the location was excellent. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Really poor shower. Rooms old-fashioned. Carpets tired. Bed not so comfortable. Lift /elevator very slow and poor. Quality of towels provided was very poor. For the prices they charge, we expect a lot more. It's priced as a boutique hotel, but does not in anyway meet it.

Comfortable, centrally located Galway City hotel
Pros:

Friendly Staff, Comfortable room. Centrally located close to old Galway town and our Lally day tour pick-up location.

Cons:

Breakfast service a bit inconsistent. All good 2 days. Third day: Cold coffee, buffet needed restocking.
