Staff were polite and accommodating. The breakfast was great. Cold water for visitors at the lobby was perfect.
Pros:

Close to my family. Easy to find. Close to lots of amenities.

Cons:

The bathroom needs new grout( the tub is moldy) and under the sink there was a milky like substance. The shelf between the beds was like it was falling off the wall. It was sloped. Things rolled off.

Wonderful hotel worth the price point and we will definitely stay again!
Pros:

We came from 5 hours away and because I had a daughter graduating and then moving in with me after the weekend was over we needed an early check in so we could bring all her things to the room instead of carry them around in our vehicle and I was able to call in advance and they let us check in two hours early. We got a room with three queen beds in it and it was huge, beds were comfortable, it was perfect for our stay! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

This is really picky, but flavored creamer options would have made me incredibly happy however the regular creamer was sufficient enough. Room key did have to keep getting fixed because I didn’t know I needed to keep it away from my phone until the last time we had it fixed.

Will not stay here again due to lazy staff member that was in charge of breakfast accommodations.

bed was super comfortable

Cons:

staff lady that was taking care of breadfast was lazy and not helpful. A guest was telling her that the coffee tasted weak and something was wrong. The staff lady told her there was nothing wrong with the coffee. The trash cans were overflowing with trash and she just looked at one of them and walked off. Someone had spilled milk all over the counter and floor and she looked at it and walked away. The container, that held the bread and English muffins, was almost empty and she wouldn't fill it up. Very very lazy staff member that should't be working. When we checked out she was sitting at the front desk instead of taking care of the dirty tables, 2 overflowing trash cans and a very dirty floor.
