It was a bust for us
Pros:

The beds both in the room and the sofa bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen area was small but clean.

Cons:

The room for the price was so tiny. There was no help from the front desk staff, he claimed he couldn't move. There was no rolling bell hop cart to move all of our luggage, coffee was super cold and the front desk staff didn't give directions on how to get to our room. So unprofessional. Also the lack of parking was frustrating.

Fijne kamer, ruim en schoon. Goede locatie.

Cons:

Ontzettend slecht ontbijt. Nergens tijdens onze rondreis in Amerika zo’n slecht ontbijt gehad. Heel beperkt aanbod en het aanrecht waar het ontbijt op stond ook vies. Personeel bij het ontbijt had er duidelijk geen zin in.
Zwembad was mooi maar ijskoud.

Das schönste Hotel während unseres Florida-Aufenthaltes. Familiensuite sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Schöne Räumlichkeiten (Lobby, Frühstücksraum). Alles sauber. Ein Mall mit Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Over priced, breakfast wasn't served long enough and the guy was rude
Pros:

I liked the larger room, however it was outdated and stains on carpet. I expected more for what we paid

Cons:

I didn't like the outdatedness of the room, the paint chips all over the trim, lamps, etc. There were stains on the carpet and seemed like dips in the sofa. I expected a better value for what we paid

Pros:

Quiet, easy to get to, plenty of amenities nearby. Marcus at front desk was the best! He got us a quiet room as requested, after telling him about Orlando Homewood problems, he went out of his way to make our stay in Palm Beach Gardens better.

Cons:

Only 2 small elevators and were full most of the time, additionally heavily used by housekeeping. Need more elevators. Homewood is a go to for our trips, and have had better breakfasts at other homewoods. This one was just average. For the price of the room for 3 days expected better.
