Les employés du bar étaient très gentils. L'hôtel est très bien situé et offre un bon tarif. Les chambres rénovées sont agréables.
La chambre au dessus de la mienne était en rénovation. Je me suis fait réveiller avec des forts bruits à 7h15. Plusieurs employés ne parlent pas français.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 2 nuits, lit très confortable, suite d’une bonne grandeur, belle chambre rénovée, bien insonorisée. La chambre était superbe avec frigo et congélateur. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et serviable, nous avons une mention spéciale pour Joey qui a fait un service au bar extraordinaire, il est vraiment accueillant et soucieux de nous offrir un excellent service . Presque tous les employés parlent français. L’hôtel est bien situé, nous avons accédé à pieds aux resto et endroits touristiques. Il y a un endroit sécuritaire pour laissé les bagages . Le déjeuner vraiment parfait de bonne qualité avec un cuisinier sur place. Les drinks gratuits chaque soir vraiment génial. Le restaurant vraiment très beau et très bons prix . Nous recommandons fortement.
Bien situé près du vieux port et station de métro. La suite était super et avec dinette.
Divan lit dans la .suite pourtant neuf mais vraiment inconfortable, matelas mince et dur. Pour le reste, lit chambre très bien et confortable. Le resto bar de l'hôtel est super accueillant et chaleureux avec bonne bouffe réconfortante.
Room was great - spacious, well-appointed, extremely clean.
Two weak spots - 1. Heat was not keeping up with my settings, stayed a little cool despite my putting temp up to 27c.
2. TV - as usual with hotels, bizarre happenings with the tv: Select a channel only to have it go back within minutes to the hotel channel, turn on living room tv and bedroom tv goes on as well, inability to change channel, volume at times.
Neither were worth complaining about.
Great location. Very helpful and gracious staff. The breakfast and happy hour were outstanding.
Check-in was challenging for us as we drove an automobile and there is no place for drop off. After finally getting checked-in, the elevator to the hotel was not well marked in the multi level basement parking.
Closet door in the room would not stay shut. The facilities are dated but in the middle of renovation.

L’espace cuisine était très bien.
Le déjeuner inclus était très bon, un choix intéressant.
La disposition de notre chambre était vraiment agréable.
On entendait parfois des gens parler très fort dans la rue devant l’hôtel (insonorisation un peu défaillante).
Le coût du stationnement est dispendieux.
If you like construction, noise, flies in the restaurant and waiting on hold for 45 minutes to get the receipt they did not email you after your stay then this is your place to be!

The staff was very nice and friendly, we received instructions before arriving with everything we needed to know about getting to the hotel as well as check-in/out, parking and other services. We knew breakfast would be included but were happily surprised to hear we also had some complimentary drinks. They also let us know that there is construction going on at the time at the property. The latter I would have liked to know before booking, but once at the property it was not as loud or intrusive as I expected it to be. The room was perfectly comfortable, only a little weirdly laid out (very large bathroom, kitchen and living room but tiny shower and small bedroom area). We also received water bottles and coffee in the room which is always a nice touch.
If you expect to cook, just know what the kitchen does not have any cooking utensils, no pot/pan, plate(s) or cutlery. It does have a full fridge, stove, microwave, sink and two wine glasses. Otherwise the room is great. Based on the price and location, I highly recommend.

My two person jacuzzi tub alone was remarkable. The room was fabulous overall. The location was perfection. Parking was great. Service in the restaurant was superb. My favorite aspect? HAPPY HOUR!!! We had a magical holiday experience.
The person at the check-in desk was a bit aloof and standoffish, despite my attempts to speak in French and be very polite and friendly. Everyone else we encountered was very warm and delightful, however.
