L’unico punto a favore è la posizione, vicino alla città vecchia.
Ci è stata assegnata una stanza fredda, con finestre che lasciavano passare spifferi d’aria. Lunghe anche le attese per gli ascensori, soltanto due a disposizione degli ospiti. Nel complesso, la struttura necessita di una ristrutturazione.

The location was good
Our stay was very disappointing, especially considering that we paid nearly CAD $600 for just one night.
The window had a gap and was not properly sealed. We had to call the hotel staff, who came and temporarily sealed it with tape. Despite this, the room was cold throughout the night, and outside noise could still be heard.
The iron was also defective and leaked water all over my clothes, making it impossible to use properly.
In addition, the elevator lines were extremely long, which made getting around the hotel frustrating.
For a hotel charging nearly $600 CAD per night, I expected much better room conditions, functioning amenities, and overall service. Unfortunately, the facilities and experience did not justify the price at all. I would not consider this hotel good value for money, and I expected a much higher standard of comfort and quality.
The Embassy Suites hotel is very close to Old Montréal and an easy walk (initially up a hill, but flattens out).
The room was beautiful; with a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, diswasher, counter, bar stools, a living room, bedroom and bathroom.
We wete provided with Happy Hour tickets, two drinks a night. All well if you drink alcohol but no non-alcoholic drinks were offered.
We wanted dinner, but the restaurant is too busy between 5-7 because of the Happy Hour reception. OK for any group if you drink.
But trod over to the area where you pay for drinks if you want something other.
It was great to have breakfast and 2 drinks per person at happy hour. Also being in the heart of old town made it convenient to walk everywhere
Housekeeping taking towels that were hung up for more use and then only replacing one and not all 3 that were used
