Pros:

As instalações como um todo eram excelentes, cama confortável e chuveiro com boa pressão. O hotel é muito bem localizado para turismo, poucos minutos a pé de Old Montreal. O café da manhã é honesto, embora não seja muito diverso.

Cons:

O hotel oferece estacionamento, mas cobra 45 CAD dos hóspedes por diária. Achei um valor excessivo, até porque não tínhamos outras opções nos arredores.

Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Check-in was delayed by 3 hours with no proper explanation or apology.
The hotel advertises a swimming pool, which does not exist, which is misleading.
The front desk staff were unprofessional, and when I requested to speak with a manager, I was told he was on a break and would return, which never happened.
Most importantly, the room was not suitable for elderly guests. The bed was extremely high and unsafe for my mother (80+ years old). Despite clearly explaining the situation, we were refused an extra bed, and she had to sleep on the couch.
The parking area had a strong and unpleasant garbage smell, which made accessing the hotel uncomfortable. This is especially unacceptable given that guests are charged additional fees for parking.
⚠️ Overall:
This experience caused significant discomfort and stress, especially given the circumstances. Considering the standards associated with this brand, I expected much better handling of such situations. I trust that management will review this matter and respond appropriately.

Our room was small in some areas : the bathroom was extremely small and there is no shelves or drawers for clothes. The kitchen is big but we had no use for the kitchen
