I'll be back.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and overall very clean. The hotel is generally quiet, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.

Cons:

The side door latch was broken so that entry way didn't lock. Anyone could come in and out if they wanted to.

The hotel location and pool

Cons:

The first room we were given had some kind of pet food all over the floor, second room had no working fridge which we needed overnight for a volleyball tournament the next day and pet hair on the couch. . The beds were not good

Decent, but look elsewhere until Hampton puts money into their hotel remodels.
Pros:

It was an extremely convenient location, staff was great

Cons:

Rooms are severely outdated, I honestly felt like I was staying in a motel 8. Hampton as a corporation is worth how many billions? it’s actually pitiful.

We weren't there long. We got there at midnight and we were gone by 8am
Pros:

Front desk clerk was very polite
Room was clean
Everything worked

Cons:

The fridge made this knocking sound all night
I requested a box fan and received no feedback via email about it so didn't get one.
I wasn't going to ask her to try to find one because I was afraid of the condition it would be in at that point.

Pros:

Close to airport and free shuttle

Cons:

Shower didn't have hot water, and the heater fan was on loudly all night, yet it was chilly in the room. When told front desk about water in the morning, they gave me a fairly useless $25 gift card out of a drawer full of them (I suppose they expect complaints).
