Mooie auberge, jammer van het ontvangst
Pros:

Prachtige, schone auberge in een mooie bosrijke omgeving. Mooie kamer en een prachtige tuin en zwembad.

Cons:

Het ontvangst! We waren een kwartiertje voor de inchecktijd bij de receptie. De mevr achter de balie vroeg ons bij de bar even plaats te nemen, omdat ze nog aan het telefoneren was. Ze zou ons roepen. Na meer dan een half uur wachten, maar even gekeken waar ze bleef....ze zat nog steeds aan de telefoon en het meisje naast haar checkte ons toen maar in. Geen excuses, niks. Ook het uitchecken zeer zakelijk. Wordt niet gevraagd of je verblijf in orde was oid....jammer..verder mooie auberge!

Relax, eleganza e natura
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel immerso nella natura, organizzato su due piano, con alcune stanze che si affacciano sula bel giardino; stanze enormi, bagno bellissimo (con doccia!), contesto spettacolare: giardino curatissimo, piscina con acqua fredda e due piccole piscine riscaldate con idromassaggio.
Ristorante elegante (porzioni non particolarmente abbondanti, ma non ordinate la pizza! (eh...i bimbi...)
Chicca: interrato con area giochi! Biliardo, ping pong e vari giochi da tavolo. I nostri figli ringraziano!!!
Buona la colazione (inclusa).
A 5 min di macchina c'è la loro cabane, aperta a pranzo.

Pros:

Lieu exceptionnel - piscine et jacuzzi très propres - fleurs magnifiques partout

Cons:

La nourriture était ok mais sans plus. Sauce trop forte en goût, canard raide, risotto trop relevé.

Issues with the spa outside (didn’t want to turn on during the day but at night no problems) every day we needed to go to the front desk and have both electronic key cards reactivated so did the couple that we were with, issues with hot water in our room. Front desk said hot water issues are because it’s -12 outside.
