Cons:

Issues with the spa outside (didn’t want to turn on during the day but at night no problems) every day we needed to go to the front desk and have both electronic key cards reactivated so did the couple that we were with, issues with hot water in our room. Front desk said hot water issues are because it’s -12 outside.

The place is beautiful. The garden sublime. The pool very clean and quite with warm water and clean towels. The rooms were espectacular. The shower amazing. I booked a massage for 9 am next day and it was cancelled. Then re-booked for 4:30 and there was more than an hour delay so I ended not enjoying the masssge. This might have been a unique situation. But I was pretty much looking forward to that massage in my two day stay. The staff was amazing. Beautiful stay altogether.
