The back bar where the pool tables were
The pool area was run down the breakfast was shit definitely no worth the price the room was not like it was shown online the place was very rundown..

Beds not made properly sheets hanging out and bunks didnt seem clean. Only 2 sets of towels for 4 guests..we left after 2nd night because it wasn’t comfortable and I didn’t think it value for money I spent!!!!
Pool, darts and golf were fun
Everything is old and rickety. The bathrooms are very dated and broken/failing. The bunkbed was loud and rickety, feeling like it was about to break. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows flat and hard and not enough of. I couldn’t phone reception because the phone first of all was disconnected, when I connected it there was no dial tone!
Couldn’t get food after 9pm as the kitchen was closed!
For a busy hotel, it was quiet at night. Little to no noise from outside and neighbouring rooms.
Bar food was not good and very over priced. Did not eat in the restaurant after this so cant comment. Drinks service poor, no gin glasses, served gin in a wine glass, no straws at bar. Decor very shabby and out dated. Furniture is old and dirty. Walls and stairwells need painting. Room also needs updating, two sockets not working and not enough sockets in room, fan broken, chain on room door and bathroom door lock broken. Stain on carpet. Hairs found in room. Cobwebs and spiders in room. Bed linen bobbly and needs replacing. Not enough pillows provided and ones that were there were flat and very uncomfortable. Bath mat dirty and bath side panel flaking, ceiling in room paint flaking off. Generally not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Vending machine on corridor not refilled. Grounds around hotel and carpark not kept well, need to be cleaned up.

They scheduled construction below our room without telling us. The week previously to this we also stayed and they turned off the hot water
The property looked very worn on arrival , faded plastic flowers at the entrance to a hotel is never a good look, the bedroom was clean but the leisure facilities were absolutely shocking , the changing rooms have big chunks peeling off the bottoms of the walls , the doors all damaged where they have been kicked open instead of opened by hand , the pool had green algae growing on some walls inside , tiles missing off the floor of the pool and the drain fitted around the outside of the pool to allow overflow pour back in was broken in several places , it was the worst I’ve ever seen , we decided against eating there , on check out we weren’t asked what we thought or was everything ok so I didn’t complain because realistically the issues in the hotel are solely managements problem , young staff members could do nothing about the state of the “hotel” we stayed 4 nights in a different 3 star hotel and the differences are mind blowing , I wouldn’t stay there for free and definitely would not recommend it , it’s not fit to be open in my opinion, shocking
Overnight stay after a concert in limerick. Hotel was convenient very reasonable and staff very pleasant. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

We arrived for a 2 day family stay and its such a great hotel for familes with the pool and entertainment at night in the bar .. food and service in the bar very good . We will be booking again with the bunk beds so handy in the family rooms

Loved the leisure suite. The room was cosy and comfortable. The bar food meal was lovely especially the roast beef.

No air conditioning room very stuffy and warm
This hotel was grubby, situated in a car park, cracked tiles, dirty furniture. Think neglected old peoples home. Not sure if it deserves three stars made me feel a bit sick. I think I might move into my bathroom - it’s clean.
