Kids Club activities must be pre-booked by parents the night before for the morning sessions & on the morning of for the evening sessions.

Pros:

Location was very good for us and the staff were very helpful and friendly!

Cons:

Its very dated and the rooms are in need of an upgrade. Our bathroom wasn't very clean and the beds weren't comfortable.

Needs big improvement to the basic maintenance throughout the hotel.
Pros:

Location was excellent, with about 15-20 minutes walk to edge of town and shopping, and 2 very close petrol stations with snacks and food selection. bus stop right outside too. The pool, jacuzzi and steam room were good but the changing facilities not great.

Cons:

On arrival in our room we unpacked a few items and then went out. Came back and used the toilet which was then running heavily, discovered the bedside light not working, radiator not working and telephone to reception not working either. They arranged a new room however the girl on reception said they did know this room had problems so we shouldn't have been given this room at all. Time consuming to pack things up and move. In the new room went to iron a t shirt the next morning and the iron was not working - had no time to mess around going to reception so went out creased! Shame the basic maintenance is so poor as it really lets down the hotel.
