Superb dog friendly hotel with an amazing restaurant
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very dog friendly with an excellent restaurant (dog welcome) and superb food and excellent wine. Service was very good throughout and the room was very large, clean and comfortable . Lovely quiet location.

Decent hotel but could be a lot better.

Location is perfect for Futuroscope and close to the motorway. Comfortable room, easy parking

Cons:

Few restaurants near by so the hotel restaurant has a big advantage. Maybe that is why dinner was poor: wrong starters brought, 2 hours to get the main course, food of average quality and expensive. Grounds were a bit grubby- brown fish pond, leaves everywhere. My comments are similar to many previous reviewers: Does the hotel management read them? And if so, why don’t they fix these problems? With a little effort this hotel could be much nicer.

Very relaxing and peaceful getaway and a short train journey to Poitiers makes this hotel an ideal location

Well maintained grounds and surrounding gardens and the swimming pool

Cons:

Decor tired and needs refreshing/ updating , the artwork in the dining area seems out of keeping and detracts from the splendour of the room.

Fabulous stay!
Pros:

Fantastic location for a halfway stop on our road trip! The staff were fantastic and the facilities were all great.

The only thing that could have improved was the shower was not the most powerful.
