Pros:

Breakfast was okay…not enough seating. Walkable to coffee shops, a couple restaurants but heavy traffic and multi lanes in front of hotel. Swimming pool, although very small, was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, nothing fancy.

Cons:

Breakfast room was too small. Only 1 person to check-in and always a long line. Multi-lane highway in front of hotel. Not many places to eat nearby, but we found a couple small neighbor restaurants.

Lovely welcoming staff and a good place to stay close to airport

Best location for FLL and cruise port
Pros:

Great location ... literally just 9 minutes from FLL during peak hours! Less than 6 minutes off hours. The facility is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.

I am singling out Mac at the front desk. He is an amazing employee! Extremely helpful, full of on point suggestions and very attentive! I give him a 10 star review.

Não caia na comodidade do shuttle gratuito ao hotel. Serviço é muito ruim.
Cons:

Serviço de Shuttle foi tenebroso. Motorista informou que a van não iria ao hotel e, depois de 1h, liguei novamente ao hotel e a recepcionista disse que eu não estava no local esperando. Aluguei um carro e cheguei ao hotel junto com o motorista da van!!!!

Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Quartos amplos e confortáveis.

Cons:

O café atende bem, no entanto tenho um filho alérgico a produtos lácteos e ovos e não consegui achar um pão apenas com trigo e água, não consegui ler os ingredientes do pão que forneciam e não tinha banana. Meu filho não tomou café e tive que providenciar fora. Ele só precisava de pão simples ou banana. Não pedi nem creme vegetal.
Estacionamento pago a $10.

Pros:

The pool was nice. It was a short trip to the airport. Most of the staff was friendly.

Cons:

We had a cockroach in our bathroom and our neighbors were yelling/fighting for over 30 minutes late at night. I could hear thing being tossed. We were co corned and call the front desk. We were never offered a discount and the whole situation was dismissed when we checked out.
