Very good stay.
Pros:

Hotel served very good breakfast. Male staff ( think his name was Andres) was kind and accommodating, answered all our queries/concerns. The premises was very clean. Shuttle to airport was prompt.

Cons:

Noisy aircon unit. Hotel was not walking distance to amenities had to take uber to go anywhere.

Pleasant clean hotel that provided what we needed for the night.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Nice walk in shower. Very clean. Good breakfast. Felt safe. Good coffee. There is a fridge in the room which helped as we went out to buy some bottled water and wine bottles. Also we had dinner left overs to refrigerate.

Cons:

There was limited seating in the breakfast area. Should be more tables and chairs. The coffee machine makes one cup at a time and takes quite a while to get your cup. People are waiting in line for coffee. Also this place lacked a water bottle filler and I did not like the taste of the tap water. We ended up buying bottled water for our room . The staff here at the desk didn't seem like they wanted to spend any time answering questions.

The breakfast was good. The location was just ok, not many restaurants or stores within walking distance. The rooms were clean and staff was helpful.

One night before cruise - great value and convenient location to airport and cruise terminal.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Great room.

Cons:

The hotel shuttle service needs to be better organized. 1 person in our group gave up waiting at the assigned location and took a taxi in. I almost did the same things. Shuttle buses for competing hotels were more frequent.

Muito tranquilo e confortável a hospedagem.
Pros:

Atendimento maravilhoso, mesmo não falando português, recepção muito atenciosa e fizeram de tudo para nos ajudar e se comunicar. Lugar limpo e organizado, quarto confortável.

Cons:

Única coisa que precisa melhorar é um espaço maior para o café na manhã, falta lugares para sentar.
