Anche se fuori dal centro della città l’hotel si presenta benissimo, anche se magari all’esterno bisognerebbe effettuare piccole migliorie, ma comunque tu precisamente la struttura all’interno è ben tenuta camere spaziose pulite e ordinate lo staff tutti nessuno escluso davvero gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta, bisogna comunque munire di macchina perché appunto fuori dal centro è difficile da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici, le tre piscine presenti tutte pulitissime e curate in particolare quella sfioro presenta un panorama stupendo su tutta la città poi vi è la presenza di una piscina solo per i piccoli e una terza all’interno dell’area famiglia che è perfetta per grandi e piccoli, ottimo anche il servizio in piscina per il pranzo per il ristorante invece anche qui da segnalare l’eccellenza della cucina molto buona abbiamo pranzato anche in hotel, un giorno e poi la colazione ottima per un tre stelle, va più che bene

Het was echt een top locatie, het zwembad was erg prettig met genoeg bedjes er omheen. Het ontbijt was goed, werd ook gelijk aangevuld indien iets opraakte. De kamer was super prettig en werd goed onderhouden door de housekeeping. We kregen elke dag schonen handdoeken en de kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag mit neuen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Blick über Palermo.
Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten und es gab jeden Tag das gleiche am Buffet.

O quarto era muito bom, wc idem aspas, piscina top jacuzzi top, chef de sala no restaurante muito profissional mas de poucas palavras receção muito prestáveis e atenciosos, jantar no restaurante top ambiente agradável boa comida bons profissionais embora de poucas palavras mas acrescentaria um sorriso
Estacionamento pago algo que me agradou pois ficamos com a viatura mesmo a porta do hotel
Staff da piscina despreocupados com tudo desde se o cliente precisa de toalhas para a piscina pk houve um dos dias que não havia mas tb não se preocuparam em ir buscar já que era um serviço facultado pela unidade, staff de quartos bem aí o caso muda de figura pois deixei cair umas moedas e ao baixar o que não falta é teias de aranha debaixo da secretária e ao olhar para o lado vi que por baixo do mini bar então existe de tudo menos limpeza acho que deveria ser mais minuciosa, quanto ao pequeno almoço sempre mais do mesmo com pouca variedade mas com quantidade suficiente
Sugestão diversificar a carta do jantar e do pequeno almoço porque para estadias longas acaba por ser um pouco complicado de decidir
Séjour parfait !! Personnel adorable à l’écoute serviable j’ai vraiment adoré. Petit déjeuner très bon et rassasiant. Endroit très propre et bien situé. Petit bonus pour un membre du personnel, un homme portant parfois des lunettes à l’accueil devant l’ordinateur (je ne sais pas son nom): très sympathique et professionnel. Je recommande à 100%

Friendliness of staff and Manager. Clear communication on hotel facilities, and activities in the area of Sicily. Hotel decor was immaculate. Room was in excellent condition, very comfy bed, free snacks and toiletries. View from hotel was amazing. Wide selection of food, for breakfast. Overall hotel was highly impressive. Staff and Manager were exceptionally professional. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a vacation in Sicily. Thank you all here for a wonderful stay.
