Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et le petit déjeuner était très bien !

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisé c’est vraiment le point négatif de l’hôtel, nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir ainsi que dans les chambres quand vous avez des voisins bruyants

Séjour plutôt agréable
Pros:

La modalité de plusieurs piscine (only adultes et mix enfant) très bien. La vue de nuit est superbe.
L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel est agréable.

Cons:

Il devrait y avoir du thé et café à disposition dans les chambres ou à l’accueil.
L’hôtel a une vue extraordinaire mais est loin du centre de Palerme et même de tout.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, personnels accueillant.
Le personnels parle très bien français.
Terrasse très agréable.
Hygiène de l’établissement irréprochable.

Cons:

La baignoire laisse s’écouler l’eau.
La piscine est plus petite que sur les photos.
Sur notre place de parking, quelqu’un était déjà stationné dessus.
La salle de gym étais fermé lors de notre séjour.
