Bad choice, we regret

Cons:

The reality. Not properly cleaned room. Window could not be closed fully. Only one electric socket in the room. Unwashed dirty plates and mugs mixed among the cleans in the restaurant. Breakfast is very poor (no vegetables at all, only one type of cheese), bread runs out. Staff told us we received an upgrade, then revoked this statement. We were not allowed into the dinner area because of an external group was served, had to wait 1.5 hrs to be seated (the hotel is far from other options). We felt ourselves as low priority guests all through the stay.

Bel hôtel surplombant Palerme
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, au calme, surplombant Palerme. Parking sur place à 8€ la nuit. Chambre et sdb spacieuses et propres. Je ne peux pas évaluer la piscine car elle ouvre qu à compter du 1er mai. Bon petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant.
Le restaurant de l hôtel propose sur sa carte des pizzas qui sont délicieuses. Bon rappport qualité prix. Je conseille cet hôtel...

I always book this hotel because it has everything we need when visiting western Sicily main attractions. Easy safe parking for our motorbikes. Good breakfast and reasonable price dinner, good Wi-Fi all over the hotel and very clean spacious rooms. Located in a quite outskirts of Palermo with a beautiful view from our rooms. Certainly, will go again soon.

Hotel- value for money. Sobe čiste, kreveti udobni. Check in 24 sata. Osoblje uslužno.

Cons:

Obzirom na tri zvjezdice nije realno očekivati da hotel ima unutarnji bazen, premda tri vanjska zbog sezone nisu u funkciji. Doručak- korektan, treba dodati: povrće, sireve, banane, jabuke, zdravo nešto uglavnom. Hotel je udaljen 10 tak km od centra i ako rezervirate ovaj hotel morate biti spremni na dodatni trošak taxija. Uber povoljan.
