L accueil, la possibilité d'une place de parking.
La taille de la chambre, la vue, la navette pour descendre à Palerme les piscines, le petit déjeuner et le restaurant de l'hôtel.

Pros:

La propreté de l établissement , un établissement loin du bruit idéal pour se reposer. La qualité du restaurant m a surprise et je recommande vivement. Un quiproquo a été résolu avec l intervention du manager qui a été très conciliant.

Cons:

Morgenmaden og restauranten var de eneste ting som burde forbedres.
Men hotellet og restauranten er to forskellige ting, som jeg har forstået. Så meget tilfreds med ophold lidt mindre med maden og restaurant.

Pros:

La colazione era buona. Il locale era pulito e igienico.

Cons:

Raggiungere l'hotel con i mezzi pubblici ogni giorno era molto complicato. Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema in hotel. Anche se abbiamo avuto piccoli inconvenienti, sono stati risolti non appena li abbiamo segnalati.

C'era un avviso che indicava che i parcheggi sarebbero rimasti aperti fino alle otto, ma li hanno chiusi alle sette e trenta.
