The pool area.
Room was fantastic.

No one wanted to leave on Sunday,,,
Pros:

From moment we arrived our stay was great checked in my lovely staff outlined everything to us ,, breakfast was lovely , pool was great, dinner in evening was lovely

Cons:

This not hotels fault just traveling into cadtlebar and the long walk to my room but my mobility not great at moment so not really hotel fault

Pros:

Radiator you could turn onin bathroom rate was v reasonable & breakfast

Cons:

Bad planning to turn off water 1hr before check out. I know we got notice but was very inconvenient pity as everything else was great

room was extremely warm, even with the windows open. I heard other guests complaining about the heat
Pros:

breakfast selection was pretty good. gym and pool and sauna facilities were good.

Cons:

wifi was not working. I was booked in as a business traveler and was put in a room in an area of the hotel where they knew the wifi was not working. i could not work in my room as the phone reception was terrible so I couldn't even hotspot off my phone
