Excellent stay
Pros:

Price quality ratio was great!
Personal friendly and helpful.
Room was big. Bathroom was partly outside and also huge.
Location was great!

Cons:

If I have to think of anything, the doors as small. And the water tap was lose.
But these complaints are worth it so much.

Pros:

Очень понравился этот отель! Мы проживали на вилле и остались очень довольны. Везде было чисто, уборку проводили качественно и регулярно.

Особенно понравилось, что возле каждой виллы есть уютный дворик со всей необходимой садовой мебелью, где было приятно проводить вечера. Бассейн тоже отличный — достаточно просторный, чтобы спокойно поплавать. На фоне играла приятная спокойная музыка, создавая расслабляющую и уютную атмосферу.

В целом на территории отеля было тихо и спокойно, с соседями практически не пересекались, что создавало ощущение уединения. Отличное соотношение цены и качества.

Cons:

Из небольших минусов — по утрам иногда было слышно, как персонал довольно громко разговаривал. Для нас это не стало существенной проблемой, так как мы привыкли просыпаться рано.

Good value and great location and would be fabulous if beds were softer.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the pool gets all day sun which is fabulous and the sun loungers are comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed is very hard causing us both to wake up with sore backs after a couple of nights. The music playing by the pool was on repeat and it would be more relaxing if there was no music in the pool area.

Great stay in Seminyak - we would stay at Bali Ayu again 🙏☺️
Pros:

The property was very well located, very comfortable and provided everything we needed as a family. We paid for a 2-bed villa and when we arrived, we were upgraded to a 3-bed villa (villa 10) and it was so lovely! The Wacko restaurant at the from provided room service and food and drinks if required. Rooms were clean and the villa was spacious and comfortable. Water pressure was great. It stayed hot long enough for two people to shower. Great sized fridge. Staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay - Terima Kasih! 🙏

Cons:

Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay! However, there is nothing other than a main pool area - very conservative in size. So, if you’re looking for a lively pool area vibe, you will not get it here. It’s peace and serenity and very relaxing.
Please note, if you’re ordering in Grab (food)and staying in a villa, be mindful of where you arrange collection - ALL drivers delivered to the gang behind the villa regardless of delivery location, and we could not access the rear door. Every order we had raised this issue.

Awesome stay!
Pros:

The villa was big! We got a free upgrade upon arrival. Tq v much, Bali Ayu! Staffs were very patient, polite & friendly. It was clean too. For the price paid, nothing to complaint 😊

Cons:

The pool has some kind of blood smell. Maybe someone before us was having her menstruation went in to the pool. Mosquitoes n insects are unavoidable with the surroundings there. But they provided spray & plug-in repellent.
